Pernod Ricard, the French wine and spirits conglomerate, has announced a preliminary agreement through its subsidiary, Chivas Brothers Ltd, with Stock Spirits Group for the potential sale of their blended Scotch whisky brand, Clan Campbell. The deal, subject to consultation with relevant employee representative bodies, comes after receiving a confirmed offer.
