De Rigo Vision S.P.A. , the Italian high-end eyewear manufacturer, announces that it has signed an agreement to acquire the full ownership of Rodenstock’s Eyewear division. The transaction will be completed towards the end of second quarter of 2023.
Rodenstock, based in Munich, was founded by Josef Rodenstock in 1877, and has been passed down to the fourth generation. Rodenstock is a German innovation leader in the field of eye health and a major manufacturer of spectacle lenses and frames.
