New Zealand Outdoor Apparel Retailer KMD Brands on Track for Record NZ$1.1 Billion Sales in FY23

On July 12, KMD Brands, a New Zealand outdoor apparel retailer and the parent company of Rip Curl, Oboz, and Kathmandu brands, updated its performance guidance for the fiscal year 2023, ending July 31, 2023.
The report said that after strong sales growth across all brands in the first three quarters of the fiscal year, fiscal 2023 sales, which close in three weeks, remain on track despite the weaker consumer confidence in the fourth quarter driven by rising cost-of-living pressures.
