Italian luxury sports car brand Ferrari has appointed Dr. Jan Hendrik Voss as President of Ferrari Greater China, effective from September 2025.
In his new role, Dr. Voss will oversee all operations related to the Prancing Horse brand across the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Macau, and Taiwan, leading the team into a new chapter of development in the Greater China region.
Giuseppe Cattaneo, the outgoing President of Ferrari Greater China, will return to the company’s headquarters in Maranello to lead a newly established department dedicated to special marketing projects.

Since joining Ferrari in 2014, Dr. Voss has held key management positions across Europe, the Americas, as well as Australia and New Zealand. With over a decade of solid global leadership experience, he has developed a keen understanding of international market dynamics and built strong strategic brand management capabilities.
Dr. Voss has served as President of Ferrari Australia and New Zealand since 2020. During his tenure, he significantly enhanced the brand’s presence in the region and drove sustainable business growth. Prior to that, he held leadership roles in sales and marketing across the Americas. Earlier in his career at Ferrari, he served at the Maranello headquarters as Head of Global Human Resources, responsible for organizational optimization and compliance systems. In addition, Dr. Voss is a board member of Ferrari Financial Services and serves on the board of Arise Racing GT, Ferrari’s GT racing team in Australia — underscoring his deep engagement and outstanding contributions within Ferrari’s global business network.
Dr. Voss was born in Germany and holds an impressive academic background in business and economics. He earned an Executive MBA from Harvard Business School, a PhD in Economics through a joint program between Bocconi University in Italy and the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), an MBA from the International University of Monaco, as well as master’s degrees in Economics and Marketing from several renowned European institutions.
Prada
Italian luxury group Prada has confirmed that Lorenzo Bertelli, son of Group President Patrizio Bertelli, will succeed as Chief Executive Officer.
In a recent interview with international media, Patrizio Bertelli stated, “You could say we have worked together with Lorenzo to formulate the plan. He will ultimately become CEO. At present, Andrea Guerra serves as Group CEO, and Raf Simons is Co-Creative Director of the Prada brand. We have sent a strong signal to the market, investors, and the Group. It is crucial to initiate the succession process, and now the key is to fully support it.”
Lorenzo Bertelli graduated with a degree in philosophy from San Raffaele University in Milan in 2008 and joined the company in 2017 as Head of Digital Communication. In 2019, he was promoted to Group Marketing Director and, in 2020, became Head of Corporate Social Responsibility. Since 2024, he has served as Prada Group’s Chief Marketing Officer and Head of Corporate Social Responsibility, fully responsible for the Group’s marketing communications strategy and sustainability initiatives.
On April 10, 2024, Lorenzo was elected Executive Director by the Prada Group shareholders’ meeting.
Bluebell Group
Hong Kong-based luxury and fashion brand operator Bluebell Group has appointed Philippe Guettat as Interim Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Ashley Micklewright, who is retiring. The appointment is effective from September 1.
Philippe Guettat most recently served as Executive Vice President, Global Brands, at beverage giant Pernod Ricard.
Over the course of his career, Guettat has held leadership positions across several markets and brand groups, including serving as Chairman and CEO of The Absolut Company and of Martell Mumm Perrier-Jouët. Since 2015, he has been CEO of Pernod Ricard Asia. He brings 31 years of international experience within the Group, spanning marketing, sales, and general management roles across France, Singapore, China, and Sweden.
Ashley Micklewright joined Bluebell in 1995 and was appointed Chief Financial Officer within a year. Since taking on the roles of President and CEO in 2011, his leadership has been instrumental in the Group’s expansion in Asia, the diversification of its brand portfolio, and the transformation of its business model.
