Jordan
Santiago Arredondo has been appointed Vice President and General Manager for the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region at Jordan Brand, a division of U.S. sportswear giant Nike.
Arredondo joined Jordan Brand in early 2021, serving as Senior Director for the EMEA region until early August this year.
He has been with Nike for approximately 16 years, holding various roles across different markets. He first joined Nike in August 2009 as a Business Planner at the company’s Stockholm office.
PUMA
German sportswear giant PUMA has appointed Archie McEachern as Vice President of Basketball, effective August 18.
In his new role, McEachern will be based in Boston and will report to PUMA’s Chief Product Officer, Maria Valdes.
McEachern has had a successful career in the sports industry, previously holding multiple international leadership positions at Nike and VF Corporation, covering merchandising, product development, and sales. He also served as CEO of basketball innovation startup 360 Hoops.
The PGA Tour
The PGA Tour has appointed Brian Rolapp as Chief Executive Officer.
He was elected to the position by the board of directors, which includes members such as Tiger Woods, Adam Scott, and Jay Monahan.
Rolapp becomes the first CEO of the PGA Tour without a professional golf background. He spent the majority of his career at the National Football League (NFL), most recently serving as Chief Media and Business Officer.
Jay Monahan will continue in his role as PGA Tour Commissioner, but his position will become more supportive in nature.
Harley-Davidson
Iconic motorcycle manufacturer Harley-Davidson Inc. has appointed Artie Starrs as President and Chief Executive Officer, effective October 1, 2025.
Following his appointment, Starrs will join the Harley-Davidson Board of Directors. He most recently served as CEO of Topgolf International, Inc., a subsidiary of Topgolf Callaway Brands.
From 2013 to 2021, Starrs held leadership roles at Pizza Hut, a brand under Yum! Brands, ultimately serving as Global CEO. Prior to that, he was CFO at Rave Cinemas and began his career as an investment banker at Wasserstein Perella.
Current Chairman, President, and CEO Jochen Zeitz will remain in his role until October 1, 2025. After that, he will serve as a senior advisor to the company through February 2026 to ensure a smooth leadership transition.
Meanwhile, the board has appointed Troy Alstead to succeed Zeitz as Chairman of the Board, effective October 1, 2025.
Diadora
Italian heritage sportswear brand Diadora has appointed John Moloznik as Sales Director for Diadora USA.
In his new role, Moloznik will be responsible for accelerating the brand’s business growth in the U.S. market. His key duties include driving the brand’s sales strategy and strengthening relationships with major wholesale partners across the country.
Moloznik brings over a decade of experience in the sporting goods industry. He previously spent 18 years at Fleet Feet, most recently as Vice President of Business Development and Franchise Operations, where he led strategic sales growth initiatives and successfully implemented omnichannel strategies.
