American singer Ariana Grande will regain control of her personal vegan beauty brand, r.e.m Beauty.
It has been reported that Grande has signed an agreement with Forma Brands, the brand’s franchiser and a US beauty retailer, to acquire the assets of the brand from the latter. In November 2021, both parties officially launched the r.e.m Beauty brand’s products.
