The Italian luxury jewelry brand Gismondi 1754 has recently announced the acquisition of the Italian jewelry brand Vendorafa Lombardi (hereinafter referred to as “Vendorafa”) for 608,000 euros.
Vendorafa, founded in 1951 in Valenza, Italy, is owned by Lombardi Srl, which is majority owned by the watch and jewelry division of the French luxury conglomerate LVMH Group. After the completion of the transaction, Gismondi 1754 will integrate Vendorafa into the group while retaining the brand identity of Vendorafa.
