Antonio De Matteis, the CEO of Italian luxury formalwear brand Kiton, revealed during an event in Florence that the company is interested in becoming a publicly traded company but sees an initial public offering (IPO) as a long-term project.
“An IPO is one of our plans for the future, but not something we do tomorrow morning.. it will take years,” said Matteis.
Matteis further stated that Kiton had a sales revenue of 160 million euros in 2022 and plans to achieve growth through its own efforts.
