Recently, private equity fund Made in Italy Fund, managed by Quadrivio and Pambianco, has signed an agreement through its holding company Fine Sun to acquire a majority stake in Italian fashion company Cover50. Cover50, which went public on the Euronext Growth segment of the Milan Stock Exchange in 2015, is owned by Pierangelo Fassino and his son Edoardo, and its portfolio includes the brand, PT Torino.
