American denim apparel company Levi Strauss & Co. has appointed Vicky Skelton as Managing Director for the East Asia Pacific region, effective immediately.

In her new role, Vicky Skelton will have full responsibility for commercial operations across all channels in the East Asia Pacific region, leading efforts to drive sustainable long-term growth locally.

Vicky Skelton has been with Levi’s for more than 13 years, during which she has held several senior leadership roles across the company’s core businesses. Most recently, she served as Managing Director for Canada, where she led the implementation of a more focused direct-to-consumer strategy, delivering solid commercial performance while accelerating growth in the women’s category.

Barry Callebaut

Swiss chocolate manufacturing giant Barry Callebaut announced that its Board of Directors has appointed Hein Schumacher as the new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding the departing Peter Feld, effective January 26, 2026.

Hein Schumacher has more than 25 years of experience in the food industry. From 2023 to 2025, he served as Chief Executive Officer of Unilever. Prior to joining Unilever, he worked at Royal FrieslandCampina, one of the world’s largest dairy cooperatives, where he served as Chief Financial Officer (2015–2017) and Chief Executive Officer (2017–2023). From 2003 to 2014, he held several senior roles at HJ Heinz (now Kraft Heinz), including President and CEO of Heinz Asia Pacific (2013–2015) and Executive Vice President of Heinz China (2010–2013), based long-term in the Asia Pacific region. He began his career at Unilever in 1996 as a Finance Manager.

Swarovski

Austrian optical equipment and crystal jewellery manufacturer Swarovski has appointed Sindhu Culas as President and Managing Director for North America.

Sindhu Culas has more than 25 years of experience in omnichannel retail and institutional investment management within the consumer goods industry. Early in her career, she worked as a buyer and planner at Macy’s, Talbots, and Lord & Taylor, before rising through the ranks at Macy’s with responsibilities in strategy and brand management. She later served as a Senior Vendor Manager at e-commerce giant Amazon, and as Senior Vice President of E-commerce and Strategy at the Calvin Klein brand. Most recently, she was Chief Executive Officer for North America at G-Star, the Dutch denim brand under U.S.-based brand management company WHP Global.

Liberty London

British department store Liberty London has appointed Alex Pregnolato as Chief Financial Officer, succeeding Sarah Coonan.

Alex Pregnolato most recently served as Chief Financial Officer and Transformation Lead at the Botswana subsidiary of diamond giant De Beers Group. Prior to that, he was Chief Financial Officer for the Americas at Versace. Earlier in his career, he held roles including Senior Vice President of Finance and Operations at MCM, Chief Financial Officer at Zhejiang Putian Electric Appliance in the Chinese Mainland, and Finance Director for Prada USA.

Re/Done

Los Angeles-based fashion brand Re/Done, known for upcycling and reworking denim, announced that American actress and model Kaia Gerber has joined the company as an investor, creative partner, and member of its advisory board.

Kaia Gerber will work closely with the company’s team, participating in apparel design, strategy, development, and creative direction.

Kaia Gerber is the daughter of supermodel Cindy Crawford. Her relationship with Re/Done began more than a decade ago, when Gerber introduced her mother to the brand, leading to the 2017 Cindy Crawford x Re/Done co-branded capsule collection.

Re/Done was founded in 2014 by Sean Barron and Jamie Mazur, initially gaining recognition through deconstructing and reimagining vintage Levi’s pieces. The brand has since expanded its product offering through collaborations with American brands such as Hanes and Champion to create everyday essentials. Today, Re/Done’s product range includes knitwear, leather goods, footwear, and accessories, and the brand has established an international distribution network. Its products are currently sold in more than 350 physical stores across 30 countries worldwide.
