Aura Blockchain Consortium

The luxury blockchain alliance Aura Blockchain Consortium, jointly founded by luxury groups including LVMH, Prada, Richemont and OTB, has appointed Marcel Härtlein as its new Chief Executive Officer and Secretary General.

Marcel Härtlein previously served as Chief Digital and Information Officer and Executive Board Member of French crystal manufacturer Lalique, which is also a member of the Aura Consortium. He is a graduate of the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) in Lausanne, Switzerland, and Harvard Business School, specialising in digital transformation.

In his new role, Marcel Härtlein will focus on expanding the consortium’s global membership, accelerating the adoption of blockchain technology, and launching new value-added services.

Diesel

OTB Group–owned brand Diesel has appointed Andrea Rigogliosi as its new Chief Executive Officer.

In his new position, Andrea Rigogliosi will report directly to Ubaldo Minelli, Chief Executive Officer of OTB Group.

Andrea Rigogliosi has extensive international leadership experience across the luxury, fashion and retail sectors, having held a number of senior strategic and commercial roles in Europe. Prior to joining Diesel, he served as Global Retail and Commercial Director at Miu Miu, a brand under the Prada Group, where he led global business growth and the expansion of the distribution network. He has also held key positions within LVMH Group brands, including President of Fendi Europe, General Manager of Christian Dior Couture for France and Monaco, and General Manager for Italy. Earlier in his career, he held management roles at Italian high-end furniture group Poltrona Frau and the luxury division of L’Oréal. He holds a degree in International Business Administration from Bocconi University in Milan.

Camper

Spanish footwear brand Camper has announced that its Creative Director, Achilles Ion Gabriel, will step down.

Gabriel’s final collection for the brand will be released in early December 2026.

Achilles Ion Gabriel graduated in footwear design from HAMK University of Applied Sciences in Finland. In 2012, he founded his own footwear brand, Ion, in Paris and has provided design consultancy services for brands including Marni and Marimekko. Since 2019, he has overseen the creative direction of Camper’s main line and sub-brand CamperLab.

Camper Chief Executive Officer Miguel Fluxà said, “Achilles has played a key role in strengthening Camper’s modern brand image and in the development and evolution of CamperLab, which has transformed from a footwear brand into a fashion brand.”

Bimba y Lola

Spanish fashion brand Bimba y Lola has announced that Natalia Gamero del Castillo has joined its board of directors.

Natalia Gamero del Castillo spent 25 years at Condé Nast, where her most recent role prior to leaving in 2025 was Managing Director for Europe, Latin America and the Middle East. She previously served as Chief Executive Officer, President and Publisher of Condé Nast Spain.

“Natalia’s appointment strengthens our strategic vision as a brand. Her experience in leading transformation processes and driving international growth within creative organisations offers unique and valuable insights for Bimba y Lola at this stage of its development,” said Uxía Domínguez, Co-founder and President of Bimba y Lola.

Pikolinos

Spanish footwear group Pikolinos has appointed Francisco Sánchez as General Manager, marking the first time the family-owned company has appointed an external executive to this position.

Francisco Sánchez has an engineering background, with expertise in strategic innovation, operations, marketing and finance. He has more than 30 years of experience in industrial business management, with a career largely focused on the leather goods industry. He has previously overseen project management at supplier companies for brands such as Loewe and LVMH Group.

Headquartered in Elche, Spain, Pikolinos Group was founded in 1984 by Juan Perán with the aim of creating stylish yet comfortable footwear. The company remains family-owned and is now run by the founder’s second generation: Juan Manuel, Rosana and Carolina Perán. In the 2024–2025 fiscal year, Pikolinos Group recorded revenue growth of 6.5% to EUR 155 million.

Roksanda

London-based womenswear designer brand Roksanda has appointed Patricia Sancho as Chief Executive Officer. She is the first CEO appointed since the brand was acquired by The Brand Group in May 2024.

Earlier in her career, Patricia Sancho served as Commercial Director for Europe and the Middle East at American fashion brand Juicy Couture, before joining London designer brand Temperley London as Chief Executive Officer. In 2023, she was appointed a Non-Executive Director at Spanish fashion jewellery group Tous, and since 2024, she has also served as Deputy Director of Vogue College of Fashion Spain.

Roksanda was founded in 2006 by London-based womenswear designer Roksanda Ilinčić, who was born in Serbia and later studied design at Central Saint Martins in London. After graduating, she quickly became one of the UK’s most popular womenswear designers. Known for her elegant yet bold use of colour, she has attracted a following among figures from the art world and has designed for celebrities including Michelle Obama, Anne Hathaway and Lady Gaga.

VSP Vision

US vision care and eyewear group VSP Vision has appointed Nicola Zotta as President of its Eyewear Division and General Manager of two major high-end eyewear manufacturers, Marchon Eyewear and Marcolin.

This marks a return to VSP Vision for Nicola Zotta. He previously joined Marchon in 2009, initially serving as General Manager for the EMEA and Asia regions, and was promoted to Brand President between 2016 and 2022. From 2022 to 2024, Zotta served as Chief Executive Officer of Italian baby care group Artsana Group. His career began at Italian eyewear group Safilo.

Founded in 1955, VSP Vision is the first and only nationwide not-for-profit vision care company in the United States. Its services include vision insurance, eyewear, lenses and lens enhancement products, ophthalmic technology, and initiatives designed to strengthen relationships between patients and eye care professionals.

Founded in 1983, Marchon Eyewear is one of the largest eyewear manufacturers in the United States and globally. It was acquired by VSP Vision in August 2008. In September 2025, VSP Vision further acquired Italian eyewear manufacturer Marcolin.

Spinnova

Finnish sustainable fibre technology company Spinnova has appointed Mikko Lassila as Chief Commercial Officer, effective 15 April.

Mikko Lassila most recently served as Director of New Business Development at bio-wellbeing company UPM. Earlier in his career, he worked at Finnish composites company Exel Composites, where he headed the telecommunications business unit.

OrthoLite

US premium insole manufacturer OrthoLite has appointed Marty Greenwald as Vice President of Sales.

Marty Greenwald joined the company in 2018 and previously served as Global Sales Director, playing a key role in strengthening partnerships between the brand and sports, outdoor and lifestyle companies.

In his new role, Marty Greenwald will “lead OrthoLite’s global sales team, work closely with the marketing and product development departments, and collaborate with brand partners to support innovation, speed to market and the achievement of sustainability-related goals”.

In October 2025, OrthoLite was acquired by London-headquartered British industrial thread group Coats Group plc for approximately USD 770 million.
