Two Italian luxury conglomerates, Prada and Ermenegildo Zegna, have jointly announced that they have reached an agreement to acquire minority stakes in knitwear manufacturer Luigi Fedeli e Figlio S.r.l. (referred to as “Fedeli”).
Founded in 1934 by Luigi Fedeli in Monza, Italy, Fedeli initially crafted exquisite hats for customers. After World War II, Luigi Fedeli’s son, Nino, took over the company.
