On November 30, Beijing released the “Special Planning of Beijing Commercial Districts”(hereinafter referred to as the “Special Planning”), which was jointly formulated by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources the Municipal Bureau of Commerce.
The scope of this planning is the administrative area of Beijing, with a land area of about 16,410 square kilometers. The planning period is from 2022 to 2035, with the short term until 2025.
