Reebok
Sportswear brand Reebok has officially appointed Jide Osifeso as the new Head of Basketball.
Jide Osifeso is the founder of the streetwear label Hymne. He joined Reebok at the end of 2019 and has been involved in various creative initiatives for the brand. Starting in 2024, he began collaborating with Reebok President of Basketball Shaquille O’Neal and Vice President Allen Iverson to jointly oversee the brand’s basketball division.
In his new role, Jide Osifeso will focus on the creative direction of Reebok Basketball.
Reebok exited the basketball category over a decade ago, but re-entered the space in 2022 after being acquired by brand management firm Authentic Brands Group.
Rossignol Group
French outdoor sports group Rossignol Group has appointed Adam Ketcheson as Chief Commercial Officer, effective June 2.
In his new role, Adam Ketcheson will be based at Rossignol’s global headquarters in France, where he will be responsible for driving the company’s global commercial strategy across both B2B and direct-to-consumer (DTC) channels. He will also lead the acceleration of Rossignol’s international omnichannel rollout and support the implementation of its all-season, multi-sport strategy.
With over 20 years of experience in the sporting goods industry, Adam Ketcheson began his career at Salomon Canada. He has since held global brand roles at The North Face and served as Vice President of Brand Marketing and DTC at Arc’teryx. Most recently, he was Chief Commercial Officer at Canada-based MEC.
In addition, François Goulet, President of North America and China at Rossignol, as well as Global VP of Sales, will retire in late summer this year.
Carhartt
American workwear brand Carhartt has appointed Todd Corley as Chief People and Impact Officer.
In this new role, Todd Corley will oversee all human resources functions and support the organization’s broader initiatives, including talent strategy development and enhancing employee experience.
Todd Corley first joined Carhartt in 2021, most recently serving as Senior Vice President of Inclusion, Sustainability, and Community.
He previously spent nearly a decade at Abercrombie & Fitch, where he served as Senior Vice President and Global Chief Diversity Officer. He has also served on the boards of organizations including Le Moyne College, the American Heart Association, and No Bully.
REI Co-op
REI Co-op, the largest specialty outdoor retailer in the United States, has appointed Shannon Damen as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 16.
In her new role, Shannon Damen will lead the co-op’s financial planning and analysis, accounting, treasury, tax, internal audit, indirect procurement, corporate real estate, and asset protection teams. She succeeds Kelley Hall, who will officially retire on August 1.
Prior to joining REI, Shannon Damen served as Head of Global Real Estate at Gap Inc. and held dual roles at its yoga-inspired apparel brand Athleta as CFO and Chief Business and Experience Officer. Earlier in her career, she held finance leadership roles at Victoria’s Secret and Vera Bradley.
Hoff
Spanish fashion footwear brand Hoff has announced the departure of CEO Sergio Odriozola, with founder Fran Marchena resuming the role.
Sergio Odriozola joined the brand in May 2024, during which time he led the company through a phase of professionalization. He brought in key talent across business management, marketing, expansion, procurement, distribution, control, and product management. Under his leadership, the company not only restructured its organization but also streamlined its operational processes.
