Japanese beauty conglomerate Shiseido Company has announced that Kentaro Fujiwara will step down from his roles as CEO of Japan Region, Representative Director, and President & CEO of Shiseido Japan Co., Ltd. He will continue to serve as Representative Executive Officer, Executive Officer, President, and CEO of the company.
Koji Nakata, currently Executive Vice President of Shiseido Japan Co., Ltd., will succeed him as Executive Officer, CEO of Japan Region, Representative Director, and President & CEO of Shiseido Japan Co., Ltd. Nakata joined Shiseido in 1997 and has held various positions within the group.
At the same time, the company also announced several executive changes in its personal care division:

Yuki Mikita has been promoted to Vice President of Global IT Governance

Frank Du has been promoted to Vice President of Global IT Infrastructure

Mizue Miyamoto has been promoted to Vice President of Global Supply Chain
All changes will take effect on July 1.
Kiko Milano
Italian beauty brand Kiko Milano has appointed Drew Elliott as Chief Brand Officer, effective September 1.
In his new role, Drew Elliott will drive the brand’s global influence, shape and refine its brand identity, and align editorial storytelling, digital innovation, and retail experience. He will report directly to CEO Simone Dominici.
Elliott previously led M·A·C Cosmetics and gained global recognition as a creative consultant on the reality show America’s Next Top Model. He is also a co-founder of Enttech Media Group.
