Nike
Jaycee Pribulsky, Chief Sustainability Officer of American sportswear giant Nike, has announced her departure from the company via her personal LinkedIn account, concluding nearly nine years with the brand.
After graduating from an American university, Jaycee Pribulsky began her career in public service, working for three years at the now-defunct U.S. Agency for International Development. She then joined the Clinton administration and spent another three years at the White House, first as a scheduler for First Lady Hillary Clinton, and later as Special Assistant to the President.
Following her MBA from Columbia University, Pribulsky worked at the nonprofit organization Seedco, and subsequently held roles at United Technologies, Citigroup, Waggener Edstrom, and consulting firm Context Group.
Vuori
U.S.-based activewear brand Vuori has appointed Andrew “Andy” Campion as a member of its Board of Directors and Audit Committee.
Andy Campion is currently Chairman and CEO of Unrivaled Sports. Prior to that, he spent 17 years at American sportswear giant Nike, where he held multiple executive leadership roles, including Chief Operating Officer, Chief Financial Officer, and Global Head of Strategy. Before joining Nike, Campion served as Senior Vice President of Corporate Development at The Walt Disney Company.
He also sits on the boards of Starbucks Corporation, Williams-Sonoma, Inc., the Los Angeles 2028 Olympic and Paralympic Games, and the UCLA Anderson School of Management.
Mizuno
The U.S. golf division of Japanese sportswear heritage brand Mizuno has announced a series of executive appointments:

Chris Voshall, who has served as a golf club engineer since 2004, has been promoted to Director of Golf.

Tim Botschner has been named Senior Manager of Golf Sales.

Tyler Schaaf has been appointed Manager of Golf Custom Fitting.
Mizuno stated, “Chris Voshall brings years of industry knowledge, product expertise, and a deep understanding of the Mizuno brand. He will lead the department’s strategic direction and guide the team in refocusing efforts to elevate Mizuno’s impact in the golf industry.”
Tim Botschner joined Mizuno in 2020 as a Regional Sales Manager. Prior to that, he served as a Regional Service Representative at Srixon/Cleveland Golf/XXIO, and earlier worked at major golf clubs across the U.S.
Tyler Schaaf previously served as Mizuno’s Brand Experience Manager. He joined the company in 2017 and had earlier held the position of Director of Sales at golf retailer Austad’s Golf.

In addition, Mizuno’s running division has added five new field team members to support the brand’s five-year strategic growth plan in the specialty running channel. The appointments include:

Christian Anderton, appointed Running Brand Specialist in Birmingham, Alabama. With a strong background in competitive running and retail, Anderton began his career in the specialty running sector. From 2020 to 2023, he worked at Trak Shak Running Shops before joining Hibbett Sports as a Distribution Analyst. He was also a cross-country and track athlete at Troy University.

Ben Hanlon, appointed Running Brand Specialist in Richmond, Virginia. Hanlon previously worked at Big Peach Running Co. in Cumming, Georgia. A graduate of Berry College, he is a seven-time long-distance race champion and formerly coached at South Forsyth High School.

Zach Opdenaker, appointed Regional Manager for the Mid-Atlantic (Maryland, Virginia, Washington D.C.). He has worked for Saucony and Upper Quadrant, and began his career in specialty running retail at Delaware Running Company and Philadelphia Runner. He has completed three marathons and two ultramarathons, including winning the 2019 Delaware Marathon.

Adam Jones, appointed Regional Manager for the Carolinas (North Carolina and South Carolina). His previous roles include positions at Trak Shak, Fleet Feet Winston-Salem, and Run For Your Life. He also brings experience in outdoor industry sales from his time at White Duck Outdoors. A former NCAA 1500m national champion from Samford University, Jones recently won the 2024 Charlotte Marathon.

Nick Carlone, appointed Regional Manager for the Pacific Northwest (Oregon, Washington, Indiana). An industry veteran, Carlone has held management roles at Fleet Feet in Sacramento and has served as a Brooks “Guru,” Mizuno Running Brand Specialist, and Karhu Sales Representative. He brings extensive expertise in retail and field sales.
Decathlon
French sports retailer Decathlon has recently merged its UK and Ireland businesses under a single management team and announced a new leadership structure:

Elena Pecos, currently CEO of Decathlon Ireland, will also lead the UK business.

Romain Gravigny, former CEO of Decathlon Australia, has been appointed COO for the UK and Ireland.
Elena Pecos joined Decathlon Spain in 2006 and has held multiple roles including store management, financial leadership in both Spain and France, international CFO for the Chile subsidiary, and Group Circular Economy team CFO. She became CEO of Decathlon Ireland in 2023.
Romain Gravigny joined Decathlon in 2007 and has served as Regional Manager in France as well as Product and Marketing Manager. Since 2023, he has been CEO of Decathlon Australia.
Decathlon currently operates 45 stores across the UK and Ireland and expects revenue to reach €460 million (USD 492 million) in 2025.

Canyon
German cycling brand Canyon has appointed David Cathcart as Market Manager for Canada.
Cathcart assumed his role in August and will be based in Peterborough, Ontario, until Canyon establishes its new local office. As the company’s first dedicated manager in Canada, his responsibilities include building an authorized service partner network, developing a local experiential partner program, and establishing a network of ambassadors and marketing partners to strengthen Canyon’s presence among Canadian consumers.
He works closely with Canyon’s North America sales, marketing, warehousing, and service teams in Carlsbad, California, as well as with the product management and R&D teams at the company’s global headquarters in Koblenz, Germany.
Cathcart’s most recent role was Chief Commercial Officer at Rocky Mountain. He has also held executive positions in sales and marketing at Garneau and served as VP of Sales at Saris Cycling Group.
For years, Canadian consumers have been able to purchase select Canyon bicycles, but they have not had access to the brand’s full product range or complete customer experience.
Gymshark
British fitness apparel brand Gymshark has appointed Rich Sanders as its new Chief Financial Officer. He will report directly to CEO and founder Ben Francis.
Sanders joined Gymshark in 2021 and has since served as Head of Corporate Finance, Director of Strategy, and Interim CFO. Prior to Gymshark, he worked at PwC for seven years.
Ben Francis commented, “Gymshark is entering a new chapter. We are opening more stores, continuing to work with world-class supply chain partners, creating the best products, and fully embracing globalization. To achieve this, we need a CFO with resilience, ambition, and sharp insight.”
