L Catterton, the majority shareholder of French fashion brand A.P.C., has appointed Stephanie Phair as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Pierre-Arnaud Grenade, who held the position for less than a year. Her appointment has been approved by A.P.C.’s Strategic Committee.

Stephanie Phair was appointed Senior Advisor by L Catterton in September this year. She previously served as Chair of the British Fashion Council, President of fashion e-commerce group Farfetch, and Executive Chair of Italian streetwear group New Guards Group. Her career began at Issey Miyake, after which she joined Vogue (U.S. edition), and later the luxury resale e-commerce platform Portero. She has also held advisory and leadership roles at investment firms, including Felix Capital, and companies such as Moncler. In 2022, Stephanie Phair was awarded the Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE).

Levi Strauss & Co.

American denim fashion group Levi Strauss & Co. has appointed Jeffrey J. Jones II to its Board of Directors, effective January 21, 2026.

Upon joining, Jeffrey J. Jones II will serve on the Nominating, Governance and Corporate Citizenship Committee as well as the Compensation and Human Capital Committee.

Since 2017, Jones has served as President, CEO, and Director of Canadian tax services chain H&R Block, from which he will retire on December 31, 2025. He previously served as President of Uber’s mobility business and as Executive Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of Target Corporation. Earlier in his career, he was Partner and President at advertising agency McKinney.

Rag & Bone

American fashion brand Rag & Bone has appointed Swaim Hutson as Men’s Design Director. His first collection for the brand will debut at the Pitti Uomo menswear trade show in January next year.

With nearly two decades of international menswear design experience, Hutson founded the New York-based brand Obedient Sons (a CFDA/Vogue Fashion Fund finalist) and later served as Creative Director for 3.1 Phillip Lim, Club Monaco, and Generra. He also founded the brand The Academy New York.

Hutson currently serves as Menswear Fashion Consultant for SKIMS, the underwear brand founded by American reality TV star and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian.

Silhouette

Austrian eyewear brand Silhouette has promoted Kristin Kunkel to Head of Key Accounts, E-commerce, and Training.

Kunkel joined Silhouette in 2021 as Head of Key Accounts and E-commerce in the U.S., overseeing partnerships with national optical chains, multi-store clients, department stores, and e-commerce platforms. She was also responsible for launching Silhouette’s “Click & Collect” service in the U.S.

Before joining Silhouette, Kunkel served as Senior Manager of Luxury Client Services at resale platform The RealReal. Prior to that, she spent over a decade at Oliver Peoples Eyewear, where she held the role of Senior Director of Sales.

Piquadro Group

Italian leather goods group Piquadro has appointed Laura Grinzato as Chief Commercial Officer, effective January 2026.

In her new role, Grinzato will be responsible for formulating and implementing commercial strategies across the group’s three brands — Piquadro, The Bridge, and Lancel — as well as across all distribution channels, in alignment with the group’s omnichannel vision.

Grinzato joined Piquadro in 2019 as Retail Director and was promoted in 2021 to become the group’s first Chief Omnichannel Officer, overseeing commercial retail operations, CRM, and online business.

Prior to joining Piquadro, she served as Global Retail Director at Italian accessible luxury brand Pinko and held various roles at Italian luxury brand Gucci, where she rose to the position of General Manager of Retail.

Ratti

Italian textile group Ratti has appointed Rossella Ceruti as its new Chief Executive Officer, succeeding Sergio Tamborini, who has held the position since 2010. The appointment is subject to approval by the Board of Directors and the company’s shareholders at the annual meeting scheduled for April next year.

Rossella Ceruti brings extensive leadership and operational experience in the luxury industry. She currently serves as Chief Operating Officer of Italian jewelry brand Pomellato under Kering Group, a role she has held since 2018. From 2014 to 2018, she was COO of Canadian designer brand Dsquared2, and earlier served as Supply Chain Director at French fashion group Cerruti Group.

Dondup & Pt Torino

Mauro Grange, Founding Partner of Made in Italy Fund I, under Italian investment group Quadrivio, has been appointed CEO of Italian fashion brand Dondup and trouser brand Pt Torino.

Grange noted that the new long-term strategy for both brands will center on communication and innovation, with targeted initiatives focused on brand equity and strategic positioning in both the Italian and international markets.

Previously, Mauro Grange served as CEO of Italian sneaker brand Autry and was Chairman of American audio equipment manufacturer McIntosh Group.
