Louis Vuitton
Louis Vuitton has appointed Giulio Bergamaschi as Chief Product Officer of its menswear division, effective September 1.

Giulio Bergamaschi previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Italian high-end fragrance brand Acqua di Parma, which is also part of LVMH, a position he had held since 2023.
Giulio Bergamaschi graduated from Bocconi University in Milan in 2004 and joined L’Oréal Group the same year, where he built extensive experience across product development and brand communications. He held multiple international and strategic roles, including Global Brand President of Biotherm and General Manager of L’Oréal Paris Consumer Products Division in China. In April 2022, he officially joined LVMH as Director of Strategic Affairs at Loro Piana.
Acqua di Parma
Italian high-end fragrance brand Acqua di Parma, part of LVMH, has appointed Louis-Antoine Rousseau as General Manager.

Louis-Antoine Rousseau will succeed Giulio Bergamaschi. His core mandate will be to accelerate the brand’s transformation, focus on sustainable expansion in key markets, and unlock its global commercial potential. He will report to Véronique Courtois, President and Chief Executive Officer of Parfums Christian Dior and head of LVMH’s beauty division.
Louis-Antoine Rousseau brings extensive international experience within LVMH. He previously held both strategic and market-facing roles at Parfums Christian Dior, most recently serving as General Manager of its Hong Kong subsidiary.
CNMI
The Camera Nazionale della Moda Italiana (CNMI) has announced that Carlo Capasa has been re-elected as Chairman and Chief Executive Officer for the 2026–2028 term.

Through data and professional analysis, we aim to present a comprehensive picture of the Italian fashion industry and fully articulate the diverse economic, cultural, employment, social, and innovation value it generates for the country every day.”
The “Il Bello della Moda” observatory will progressively collaborate with leading universities, research institutions including Open Impact, as well as domestic and international public bodies, and will continue to publish a series of thematic reports covering all dimensions of the Italian fashion industry. The initial findings released at the conference confirm that the Italian fashion industry is a core pillar driving the country’s economy, employment, and cultural development.
ICA
The International Colored Gemstone Association (ICA) has appointed Brandee Dallow as Chief Executive Officer, effective July 6.

Brandee Dallow will work closely with the association’s board and members to deepen industry engagement, expand multi-stakeholder collaboration, and further strengthen ICA’s position as the authoritative global voice of the colored gemstone sector.
Her professional experience spans the full value chain, including gemstone mining, manufacturing, gemological identification, retail, responsible sourcing, brand communications, and industry association management, enabling her to comprehensively assess current market opportunities and challenges. She has held leadership roles at several leading organizations, including De Beers (J. Walter Thompson), Rio Tinto Diamonds, the Responsible Jewellery Council, and Grandview Klein Diamonds. Prior to joining ICA, she served as Chief Communications and Sustainability Officer at Grandview Klein Diamonds.
Brandee Dallow brings extensive experience in association governance, business operations, and stakeholder coordination, and has consistently supported initiatives that advance the jewelry and colored gemstone industry. She previously served as International President of the Women’s Jewelry Association and its foundation, and currently serves as Chair of the Community for Ethical Jewelry. She has also long supported organizations focused on ethics, professional education, industry governance, and talent development.
Bonhams
International luxury auction house Bonhams has appointed Janet Lam as Head of Jewelry, Asia.

In her new role, Janet Lam will be based in Hong Kong and will take full responsibility for Bonhams’ jewelry business across Asia. She will lead the development of growth strategies related to business expansion and client engagement, reporting to Global Head of Jewelry Jean Ghika, and working closely with the global jewelry team to execute sales initiatives across the region.
Janet Lam is a seasoned industry professional with over 17 years of experience in the jewelry sector. Her career spans international auction houses and private advisory services for collectors. Prior to joining Bonhams, she worked at Phillips as Director and Senior Jewelry Specialist for Asia, where she co-led jewelry auctions and managed client relationships across the region. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at several leading auction houses, including Bonhams Asia, and also served as Head of Private Clients at high jewelry brand Forms. She is also a certified gemologist from the Gemological Institute of America (GIA).
