Givenchy
LVMH-owned French luxury house Givenchy has announced two senior appointments:
- Alistair McCallum as Chief Marketing Officer (CMO)
- Nicky Grays as Human Resources Director

The appointments take effect on September 30. Both will report to Givenchy Chief Executive Officer Amandine Ohayon.
Before joining Givenchy, Alistair McCallum was Vice President of Global Communications at British luxury brand Burberry. He previously worked in public relations and communications at Alexander McQueen, Fendi, Hugo Boss and Louis Vuitton, building extensive experience in global communications, influencer marketing, VIP relations and brand positioning across the luxury industry.
For the past three years, Nicky Grays has served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources for the Americas at LVMH Fashion Group. She previously worked at fashion e-commerce companies Farfetch, Stadium Goods and Moda Operandi. She graduated from Alabama A&M University.
Repossi
LVMH has appointed Matthieu Soudan Managing Director of its Italian high jewellery house Repossi, effective immediately.

Matthieu Soudan will be based in Paris and report to Stéphane Bianchi, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of LVMH’s Watches and Jewellery division.
Matthieu Soudan was previously Head of Strategic Projects at Bulgari in Rome. He succeeds Repossi Chief Executive Officer Anne de Vergeron, who led LVMH’s acquisition of a minority stake in the brand in 2015 and its move to full ownership in 2022. Anne de Vergeron will return to her role as LVMH Group Director of Business Development.
A French national and graduate of Mines Paris, Matthieu Soudan began his career at Paris-based data analytics company Ekimetrics. He joined LVMH-owned watch brand TAG Heuer in 2017 as Head of Software Product and Design, becoming Managing Director for France, Monaco and Benelux in 2022. He joined Bulgari as Director of Special Projects in 2025.
