According to a recent report from the Dutch financial newspaper Het Financieele Dagblad, the fashion brand Scotch & Soda has officially declared bankruptcy for its Dutch operations.
The courts in Amsterdam and Haarlem have approved the brand’s bankruptcy application. Scotch & Soda currently has 32 stores in the Netherlands, which will continue to operate. Meanwhile, the brand has appointed Jasper Berkenbosch as administrator to investigate whether a restart is feasible.
