Recently, the high-end leather sportswear brand Koio from the United States released its first 99% biodegradable sneakers, Mello, which marks a milestone in the brand’s history and the footwear industry.
The development of Mello took two years of extensive research. It features full-grain regenerated vegetable-tanned leather from the Swiss Alps, which can achieve carbon neutrality.
