French beauty giant L’Oréal Group’s venture capital fund, BOLD (Business Opportunities for L’Oréal Development), has invested in Rembrand, an AI-driven embedded advertising platform.
This transaction is part of the seed funding round, in which Rembrand raised a total of $8 million. The round was led by Greycroft and UTA Ventures, with participation from Good Friends, a venture capital firm initiated by founders of brands like AllBirds, Warby Parker, and Harry’s.
