On February 3, Trinity Real Estate Investments LLC (Trinity) announced that it has acquired The Diplomat Beach Resort in Hollywood, Florida, from private real estate fund company Brookfield.
Trinity Real Estate Investments LLC is a joint venture between a Non-US listed real estate fund managed by Credit Suisse Asset Management and a real estate fund managed by Trinity Fund Advisors LLC, a private real estate investment company.
