On February 27th, Dubai Holding, an international investment company, announced that it had acquired full ownership of The Westin Paris-Vendome hotel through the purchase of shares held by European real estate investment firm Henderson Park. The transaction price has not been disclosed. In 2018, the hotel was jointly purchased by Dubai Holding and Henderson Park.
