Style Capital, an Italian private equity firm, has acquired an 80% stake in the emerging Italian luxury brand Giuseppe di Morabito, while the brand’s founder will maintain a 20% ownership. The exact financial details of the transaction have not been revealed.
The deal was a collaboration between Style Capital and Italian clothing manufacturing company Paoloni. The two parties had previously partnered in 2018 for the acquisition of Italian fashion brand MSGM.
