Creed
Kering Beauté, the beauty division of French luxury group Kering, has appointed industry veteran Nathalie Berger-Duquene as CEO of the fragrance brand Creed, effective May 6.
In her new role, Nathalie Berger-Duquene will be based in London, where she will lead the next phase of the brand’s development. She will also join the Kering Beauté Executive Committee and report directly to Raffaella Cornaggia, CEO of Kering Beauté.
A graduate of ESSEC Business School in France, Nathalie Berger-Duquene began her career at Guerlain and joined L’Oréal in 2005. During her time at L’Oréal, she held positions at brands including Biotherm, Helena Rubinstein, and Lancôme, and was later appointed General Manager of Fragrances at L’Oréal Luxe France.
In 2019, she joined The Estée Lauder Companies as General Manager for Tom Ford Beauty and Kilian Paris across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, and was subsequently promoted to Senior Vice President of Global Marketing for Tom Ford Beauty.
L’Occitane Group
French skincare group L’Occitane International has appointed Didier Lalance as Managing Director of the group, effective February 1.
Didier Lalance is a retail and fashion specialist who has held various leadership roles at fashion, sportswear, and luxury companies including Asics, Kering, Lacoste, and Jott Group.
He will also join the L’Occitane Group Executive Committee, working closely with other members including Reinold Geiger, Chairman and CEO of the group; Ingo Dauer, Group COO and General Counsel; and Samuel Antunes, Group CFO.
Kiko Milano
Italian beauty brand Kiko Milano, owned by the Percassi family, has appointed Patricia Ho as Head of Asia Pacific.
With 25 years of experience in the consumer goods and beauty sectors, Patricia Ho will be responsible for driving Kiko Milano’s business development across the Asia-Pacific region, strengthening brand presence, and enhancing digital retail and wholesale channels.
Patricia Ho previously served as General Manager of Asia Pacific at Chantecaille Beauté, where she led the brand’s expansion in the Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and South Korea, established key partnerships, and supported the integration process following the brand’s acquisition by Beiersdorf, as well as its market entry into the Chinese Mainland. Earlier in her career, she held senior roles at Nuxe Group and Luxasia, focusing on market expansion, digital acceleration, and brand communication.
L’Oréal Groupe
French beauty giant L’Oréal Groupe has appointed Damien Favre as President of the North America Zone for L’Oréal Dermatological Beauty, succeeding Christina Fair, who has taken on the role of President of the Consumer Products Division in North America.
Damien Favre previously served in the Consumer Products Division in the Latin America Zone at L’Oréal Groupe. He first joined the company in 2005 as part of the L’Oréal Paris marketing team in France and has since held roles including Marketing Director for Garnier in Western Europe, General Manager of Garnier in Italy, and General Manager of the Consumer Products Division in Argentina.
Shiseido Company
Japanese beauty group Shiseido Company has announced the departure of Ron Gee, CEO of the Americas region and Global M&A Leader, effective April 14.
Alberto Noe has been appointed interim CEO for the Americas region while continuing in his role as CEO of the Europe, Middle East, and Africa (EMEA) region. Noe has been with Shiseido EMEA for over a decade, initially serving as CEO and President of Shiseido Italy. Before joining Shiseido, he held leadership roles at luxury companies such as Lancôme Italy, Chanel, and LVMH.
Estée Lauder
U.S. prestige beauty group Estée Lauder has appointed Linda Hoeck as General Manager for Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, effective July 1.
Linda Hoeck most recently served as Commercial and Retail Director for Germany. In her new role, she will succeed Maike Kiessling, who is retiring.
Hoeck has been with Estée Lauder Companies for over 20 years, holding key leadership roles across retail, education, and brand management. Since May 2022, she has overseen cross-brand and omnichannel market strategies in her role as Commercial and Retail Director for Germany.
Coty
Beauty group Coty has promoted Nadège Vignaud to General Manager of Coty France, succeeding Mathieu Dufresne, who has taken on the role of General Manager in China.
Nadège Vignaud joined Coty in 2019 as Global Director of Consumer & Market Insights for the Luxury Division. In December 2022, she was promoted to Vice President of Global Commercial Strategy, Portfolio, and Business Development for the division.
Before joining Coty, Vignaud worked at luxury department store Harvey Nichols from 2016 to 2018, overseeing beauty buying for its Doha, Qatar location. She also held marketing leadership roles in France at Nestlé.
Revlon Group
Revlon Group has appointed two senior executives:

Ralph Marshall as Chief Information and Digital Officer (left image), effective April 1;

Dana Medema as President of North America (right image), effective May 5.
Both executives will report to CEO Michelle Peluso.
In his new role, Ralph Marshall will lead the global information technology team and strategy, overseeing modernization of core infrastructure and platforms, digital transformation, and optimization through innovative tech solutions.
Marshall holds a degree in computer science from the University of the West of Scotland. A seasoned technology leader and strategic innovator, he has held senior tech leadership roles at Marks & Spencer, Merlin Entertainments, Starbucks, and McDonald’s.
Dana Medema will succeed Geralyn Breig, who was appointed in 2023. Breig will return to Revlon’s Board of Directors and support the leadership transition.
With more than 20 years of experience in the global fast-moving consumer goods industry, Medema most recently served as Senior Vice President and Head of Personal Health North America at Philips. She previously spent nearly two decades at Colgate-Palmolive Company, where she held several key leadership roles, overseeing multiple business units and leading global, regional, and local teams across countries including Switzerland and Germany.
Supergoop
U.S. sun care skincare brand Supergoop has announced that founder Holly Thaggard is stepping down as Chair of the Board to become a Strategic Advisor.
Holly Thaggard founded Supergoop in 2005, revolutionizing the sun care category—long dominated by traditional players—by marketing sunscreen as a beauty product. In 2021, Blackstone acquired a majority stake in Supergoop and began expanding the brand’s distribution in Europe and China.
