Chow Tai Fook
Chinese jewelry group Chow Tai Fook has appointed Karen Yih as Chief Financial Officer of Chow Tai Fook Jewellery Group, effective April 1. She succeeds Executive Director and Board Member Kent Wong, who will now focus on strategic oversight, including capital management, investor relations, and company secretarial affairs.
In her new role, Karen Yih will be responsible for advancing the Group’s efforts in financial management, long-term growth, and transformation strategies, encompassing financial planning and analysis, financial reporting, financial operations, risk management, and legal affairs.
Karen Yih brings extensive experience in financial leadership, digital transformation, corporate development, and international expansion across various sectors, including retail, fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), and manufacturing. Prior to joining the Group, she served as Chief Financial Officer of Starbucks China, where she led the finance team in supporting sustainable business growth, improving capital returns, and ensuring financial discipline. Earlier in her career, she held senior leadership roles at PepsiCo Asia Pacific and Starbucks Asia Pacific, where she led market entry and expansion strategies across several international markets.
Panerai
Italian luxury watch brand Panerai has announced the departure of CEO Jean-Marc Pontroué. Emmanuel Perrin will succeed him, effective April 1.

Emmanuel Perrin most recently served as Head of the Specialist Watchmakers division at Panerai’s parent company Richemont. He has been with the Richemont Group for 33 years and has held several senior roles at Cartier and Van Cleef & Arpels. He has held his current position since 2017. Emmanuel Perrin holds a bachelor’s degree in International Business Management from ESSEC Business School and the Dortmund University of Applied Sciences and Arts.
Jean-Marc Pontroué graduated from Audencia Business School in Nantes, France. He began his career in the leather goods industry as Sales Director, later joining the LVMH Group as Sales Manager at Givenchy. In 2000, he joined Richemont and worked at Montblanc for over a decade, overseeing product strategy and brand development. In 2011, he moved to Roger Dubuis and was appointed CEO in 2012. He took on the role of CEO at Panerai in 2018.
Delsey
French luggage brand Delsey has reappointed Isabelle Parize as Chief Executive Officer.
Isabelle Parize previously led the company from 2018 to 2021, successfully steering it through the challenges of the COVID-19 pandemic. In 2021, she passed the CEO role to Davide Traxler but continued to serve as Chairwoman of Delsey’s Supervisory Board.
A graduate of Ecole Supérieure de Commerce de Paris with an MBA, Isabelle Parize began her career at Procter & Gamble, where she spent 13 years in key strategic roles, including marketing and brand management. In 1994, she joined Henkel as Vice President for Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. She later led Canal+ Distribution (a subsidiary of Vivendi Group) and in 2011 became Chairwoman of French beauty retailer Nocibé. In 2015, she was appointed CEO of German beauty group Douglas, which had acquired Nocibé the previous year.
Pandora
Danish jewelry brand Pandora has announced the appointment of Nicole Clayton as General Manager for the UK and Ireland, succeeding Sonia Lopez Delgado, who is stepping down for personal reasons.
Nicole Clayton brings a wealth of experience from globally recognized consumer goods and fashion brands. Most recently, she served as Global Chief Digital Officer at Nestlé-Nespresso in Switzerland. She was previously CEO of the Americas region at premium denim brand G-Star and held the position of Global Vice President at American footwear company Caleres. Her retail experience is further enriched through collaborations with brands including LVMH, Aritzia, and Bottega Veneta.
