Chow Tai Fook
Hong Kong-based jewelry group Chow Tai Fook has appointed Gabriela Ferreira as General Manager of International Business, reporting directly to the company’s Managing Director, Kent Wong.
In her new role, Gabriela Ferreira will lead the group’s strategic business expansion in Southeast Asia and other international markets, establishing a team in Singapore to support the business development in the region. With extensive luxury retail experience, she will focus on enhancing the brand appeal of Chow Tai Fook Jewelry and exploring growth opportunities for new retail outlets. She will oversee the group’s product portfolio and manage direct retail, wholesale, and travel retail channels in Southeast Asia and international markets.
Before joining Chow Tai Fook, Gabriela Ferreira was the General Manager of Southeast Asia and Oceania for Loewe, a luxury brand under the LVMH Group. She has vast experience in managing international wholesale, retail, and logistics for consumer brands. During her tenure at Loewe, she successfully built and led cross-functional teams, overseeing key business functions such as operations, merchandising, CRM, marketing, training, and visual merchandising. She has also held positions at Adidas Hong Kong, PVH (Calvin Klein), and Schenker Airfreight.
Chow Tai Fook stated, “This appointment reaffirms the Group’s commitment to expanding its core international markets and enhancing its global brand presence. With the rising middle class in Southeast Asia, anticipated economic growth, and the recovery of local tourism and jewelry demand, the region offers significant potential growth opportunities for the Group.”

Swatch Group
Swiss watchmaking giant Swatch Group has appointed Gregory Kissling as CEO of Breguet, effective October 1.
Gregory Kissling, currently Vice President of Product at Omega, will succeed Lionel a Marca, who will assume the role of Vice President of Operations at Blancpain, another Swatch Group brand. He will also oversee production for Swatch Group’s high-end brands, including Harry Winston, Glashütte Original, Jaquet Droz, and Léon Hatot.
Gregory Kissling joined Omega in 2004 as a product manager. Prior to that, he worked for three years at Cartier under the Richemont Group, initially as a watch movement maker and later as a technical manager. Kissling holds an engineering degree from HES Le Locle, a master’s degree in luxury management from the Geneva School of Business Administration, and an MBA from HEG Neuchâtel.
Lionel a Marca, a trained watchmaker, began his career at Mercier SA before joining Swatch Group’s Fréderic Piguet factory and later working at movement manufacturer ETA.
Having been with Swatch Group for nearly 33 years, Lionel a Marca has served the Breguet brand since 2019 and was appointed its CEO in August 2021. Known for his deep expertise and dedication to the various aspects of watchmaking, he was named a member of Blancpain’s Executive Committee in 2004, and later became a member of Harry Winston’s Executive Committee in 2014. In 2019, Lionel a Marca joined Swatch Group’s Extended Executive Committee.
Creed
Luxury fragrance brand Creed‘s CEO Sarah Rotheram has announced her resignation, and parent company Kering has yet to announce her successor.
Sarah Rotheram was Creed’s first external CEO, joining the company in June 2020. Before her tenure at Creed, she served as CEO of the British luxury fragrance brand Miller Harris and held senior positions at Penhaligon’s, L’Artisan Parfumeur, and Aspinal of London.
During the transition, Kering Beauté CEO Raffaella Cornaggia will temporarily oversee Creed’s executive leadership team and manage the brand’s strategic development.
PVH
American fashion retail group Phillips-Van Heusen Corp (PVH) has appointed Fredrik Olsson as CEO for the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region, effective in the fourth quarter of this year.
In his new role, Fredrik Olsson will be based in Amsterdam, where he will focus on unlocking the potential of the EMEA market. His goal will be to elevate Calvin Klein and Tommy Hilfiger into the world’s most sought-after lifestyle brands while positioning PVH as one of the highest-performing brand groups in the industry. He will report to PVH CEO Stefan Larsson.
Fredrik Olsson holds a bachelor’s degree in business and economics and a master’s degree in mechanical engineering from Lund University, Sweden. His most recent role was CEO of Max Fashion, one of the largest fashion retailers in the Middle East. Before that, he worked at H&M for over 20 years, holding senior management positions for about 15 years, including Global Managing Director for H&M Brand, Global Head of Expansion, and Global Head of Growth.
