Esprit
Hong Kong-based fashion retail group Esprit Holdings Limited has announced major changes to its senior management team:

Chairwoman of the Board and Executive Director Christin Su Yi Chiu has stepped down;

Executive Director William Pak (pictured below) has also left.

William Pak played a central role in Esprit’s strategic transformation. He joined the company in September 2021 as Chief Operating Officer, assumed the role of interim Group Head in the fall of 2021, and was officially appointed Group CEO on March 1, 2022, while continuing to serve as Executive Director and COO.
At the same time, Esprit is initiating a restructuring of its leadership framework. Effective December 19, 2025:

Current Executive Director Bradley Stephen Wright has been appointed Acting Chair of the Board and will also assume the role of Chair of the Nomination Committee;

Two senior executives from within the Group — Liu Jianyi, former Senior Vice President of China Operations, and Li Hui, Head of Legal Affairs for Asia — have both been appointed as Executive Directors. They will also join the Executive Committee.
Benetton
Italian fashion giant Benetton is reinforcing its ongoing structural integration and streamlining efforts with the following senior management changes:

Francesca Svab, General Manager of the Group’s French brand Sisley, has departed;

Roberto Urso has been appointed Regional Manager for Southern Italy.

Roberto Urso previously served as Head of Franchise and Wholesale Operations for Sisley Italy. In his new role, he will oversee the management of the franchise store network within Benetton’s in-store shop-in-shop format across major locations.
Camel Active
German fashion group Bültel Worldwide Fashion GmbH & Co. KG has announced a leadership reshuffle in the womenswear division of its casualwear brand Camel Active:

Ágnes Bella-Herzig, Head of the Division, will step down on December 31 after 13 years in the role;

Susanne Völkel has been appointed as the new Head of the Division;

Yannick Bache has been named to the newly created role of Head of Sales for the DACH region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland) within the womenswear division.

Frank Brüggemann, Managing Director of Bültel Worldwide Fashion GmbH & Co. KG, stated that with the addition of Susanne Völkel and Yannick Bache, the Camel Active womenswear division will benefit from experienced leadership, which will play a key role in advancing the brand’s vision. Both will report directly to Brüggemann.
Susanne Völkel brings extensive experience in product development and brand management, having held senior womenswear product manager roles at Fynch-Hatton, Better Rich, and New in Town (a brand under Lerros).
Yannick Bache is a seasoned sales expert, with prior roles including Team Lead for QS Sales, Store Manager for S.Oliver in Germany, and Merchandise Manager at Betty Barclay.
Headquartered in Salzbergen, Germany, Bültel Worldwide Fashion GmbH & Co. KG was founded in 1964 by brothers Bernard and Hermann Bültel. Its brand portfolio includes Calamar, Hattric, and Camel Active menswear.
