Gucci
A series of management changes have taken place at Gucci, the Italian luxury brand under Kering Group:

Maria Cristina Lomanto, currently Executive Vice President and General Manager of the brand, has been appointed President of the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. She succeeds Matteo Mascazzini and will report to Gucci’s Chief Commercial Officer, Cayetano Fabry.

Marcello Costa has been promoted to Chief Marketing Officer, reporting to Gucci CEO Stefano Cantino.

Massimo Vian, Chief Industrial and Supply Chain Officer, has stepped down for personal reasons.

Maria Cristina Lomanto joined Gucci in 2022. Prior to that, she served as CEO of Roger Vivier. Her career began at Jil Sander, followed by a role in the wholesale division at Yves Saint Laurent. She then joined the Prada Group, where she held several positions, including Director of Leather Goods Sales and Marketing, Retail Director for France, Global Retail Director, and eventually General Manager of the group’s brand Miu Miu.
Marcello Costa joined Gucci in February this year. With over 20 years of industry experience, he has previously worked at brands including Bottega Veneta, Miu Miu, and Stella McCartney.
Swarovski
Austrian crystal brand Swarovski has promoted Kolja Kiofsky, currently Managing Director of North America, to Chief Commercial Officer, effective January 2026.
In his new role, Kolja Kiofsky will be based at Swarovski’s headquarters in Männedorf, Switzerland, overseeing commercial operations across all regions. He will be responsible for the brand’s end-to-end omnichannel strategy and operations, including leadership of global sales, commercial architecture, and real estate functions. He will succeed Michele Molon, who is set to depart in July this year.
During the transition period, Ilse Roeffen, Head of Emerging Markets and Business at Swarovski, will temporarily serve as Chief Commercial Officer.
Kolja Kiofsky has been with Swarovski for over 15 years and has played a key role in shaping the company’s commercial development. He has driven sustained profitable growth in the North American market and rigorously implemented the LUXignite strategy, aimed at strengthening the brand’s positioning in the luxury sector and expanding its influence in the high jewelry market.
