From February 2nd to 28th, the “2026 Qingshui Bay Holiday Season & International Yacht Festival” was officially held at the Qingshui Bay International Yacht Club in Lingshui, Hainan, featuring dozens of cultural and artistic events.
On February 3rd, the “Hainan Free Trade Port Yacht & Coastal Resort Forum” kicked off, gathering industry leaders, academic experts, and fashion entrepreneurs.

He observed that for fashion and luxury brands, the clientele is highly diverse, ranging from smaller yachts under 24 meters to superyachts. For brands, finding the right yacht, the right port, and the right country is crucial.
During the “2026 Qingshui Bay Holiday Season & International Yacht Festival”, Yacht Closet curated an Italian boutique-themed space, showcasing 7 brands.These brands are:
Brett Johnson: A menswear brand founded in 2014 by designer Brett Johnson, created for the modern global traveler. The clothing is suitable for both business and casual settings, with outerwear and knitwear as core categories.

Maison Philippe Montagne: A French luxury luggage brand established in 2023. Its products are primarily crafted from top-tier leather and aviation-grade stainless steel, featuring Art Déco style influences. The brand also offers nearly limitless personalization services.

Unimatic: A professional tool watch brand founded in 2015 by two Italian friends, Giovanni Moro and Simone Nunziato. Designed for genuine maritime environments with deep-sea waterproof performance, it has collaborated with NASA, Carlo Riva Marina on the Italian Riviera, and selected yacht/sailing brands and high-end events to create custom watch collections.

Capetto: Born from a passion for the sea and Italian summer lifestyle, it offers a minimalist collection centered on high-quality combed American cotton terry fabric. Suitable for coastal settings yet easily integrated into daily urban life, all fabrics are woven, manufactured, and garment-dyed in Italy.

Anima: The brand is part of the Italian glass manufacturer Cerve Group. All its glasses are made from pure LUMINA lead-free crystal, mouth-blown, and hand-finished by artisans, resulting in an extremely thin and lightweight structure.

Baci Milano: A tableware brand founded in 2006, offering products in both porcelain and melamine without compromising on aesthetics. Its Italian designers accurately capture iconic Mediterranean patterns and colors, creating distinct collections with varied atmospheres.

Neit: A small whisky producer blending Italian flair with Irish distilling craftsmanship. Known for bold blending flavors and avant-garde bottle design, it targets experimental connoisseurs with cultural confidence, open minds, and innate curiosity.

These brands also made their debut in the Chinese market through this opportunity. Phil Greenberg said:
“We believe deeply in the potential of the rapidly growing Chinese market, the wider Asia market, and we think that Hainan will be at the center of that growth. That’s why we’ve decided to introduce many of these brands to China for the first time here.”
The two founders are alumni of Connecticut College in the USA, with years of experience in the yachting and luxury retail industries respectively:
Phil Greenberg previously worked at Italian luxury yacht manufacturer Azimut Yachts and founded the streaming platform Monolithick Media and the concept design studio Studio GreenJoy.
Alexander Loy Durrant worked at the Italian luxury department store Rinascente in retail operations. Earlier in his career, he worked at JD Central in Thailand.
