Canada Goose has appointed Jason Archer as President, Asia Pacific.

In his new role, Jason Archer will be based in Hong Kong, overseeing regional strategy development, commercial execution, and overall operational management. He will report to Daniel Binder, President, Asia Pacific. Through this appointment, the brand aims to further expand its business footprint across the Asia Pacific region and strengthen its premiumisation positioning.

Jason Archer brings over 20 years of industry experience. He joined Canada Goose last year as Senior Vice President of Operations and Business Development, Asia Pacific. During his tenure, he drove double-digit revenue growth in the region, enhanced the performance of directly operated channels, and reinforced brand consistency across markets.

Dodo

Teejana Beenessreesingh, Chief Executive Officer of Dodo, the jewellery brand owned by French luxury group Kering, has departed the company.

Teejana Beenessreesingh had been in the role for less than a year. Prior to joining Dodo, she held positions at another Kering-owned luxury brand, Bottega Veneta, where she served as Director of Retail and Commercial Development, Retail Performance, and Digital. Before joining the brand in 2020, she worked as a Senior Strategy Consultant at Bain & Company and held roles at Cartier in Paris, overseeing global strategy and marketing for the Maison’s classic collections. Going forward, Dodo will no longer maintain a Chief Executive Officer position. The related responsibilities will be overseen by Sabina Belli, Chief Executive Officer of Pomellato. This change forms part of Kering’s latest strategic move. The group previously established Kering Jewellery, encompassing four jewellery brands: Boucheron, Pomellato, Dodo, and Qeelin, as well as related parts of the value chain, including the Italian jewellery manufacturer Raselli Franco Group, which is currently undergoing integration.

Baccarat

Baccarat has appointed Thais Roda as Chief Executive Officer, North America.

In her new role, Thais Roda will be responsible for “enhancing the performance and desirability of the brand’s crystal collections across boutiques and partner channels, deepening client engagement, and further strengthening brand influence and appeal through selective collaborations, while expanding the brand universe, including the Baccarat Hotel New York and iconic creations such as the fragrance Baccarat Rouge 540.”

Thais Roda succeeds Adam Banfield, who has served in the role for nearly three years. She will report directly to Arnaud Gestin, Global Chief Revenue Officer of Baccarat.

Thais Roda is a seasoned executive in the interior design and fashion industries. She previously served as President and Chief Executive Officer of Liaigre Inc., the US arm of the French design and architecture studio Liaigre. During her tenure, she drove significant revenue and profit growth in the US market, while successfully completing a business restructuring and strengthening transatlantic synergies.
