Chinese sportswear group 361 Degrees has appointed Men Lijun as Executive President of the Group.

361 Degrees stated that Men Lijun’s experience in digitalisation and omnichannel retail gained at Nike is highly aligned with the company’s current need to advance end-to-end upgrades and optimise its overall business system. This appointment will help accelerate internal resource integration and enhance business synergies. In his new role, he will report to Group President Ding Wuhao.
Men Lijun brings nearly 20 years of management experience in international sports brands. He previously served as a key executive in Nike Greater China, where he led the company’s digital transformation, drove innovation in omnichannel retail, and developed its social e-commerce matrix in the region.
Peak Performance
Outdoor brand Peak Performance, part of Amer Sports, has appointed Rainer Fink to lead its B2B business in the Central European market, effective July 1.

In his new role, Rainer Fink will succeed Martin Gaffal, who is leaving Peak Performance after nine years to start his own business in the fast-growing padel sector. He will remain with the company until the end of August 2026 to ensure a smooth transition and maintain stable operations with regional partners.
Rainer Fink brings over 20 years of senior sales management experience in the industry. He most recently served as Global Sales Director at Toni Sailer, and previously held the position of Sales Director for Central Europe at Lasse Kjus and TravisMathew.
Haglöfs AB
Swedish outdoor brand Haglöfs (nicknamed “Matchstick” in Chinese) has appointed Marcus Grönberg as Global Wholesale Director.

In his new role, Marcus Grönberg will be based in Stockholm and will work closely with Global DTC and Merchandising Director Paulina Arnberg and her DTC team to integrate omnichannel operations and deliver a premium consumer experience.
Marcus Grönberg has over 15 years of international experience across the sporting goods and fashion industries, covering wholesale, offline retail, and e-commerce channels, with a career spanning Europe, Asia, and North America.
He previously worked at Peak Performance, most recently serving as General Manager for North America. Earlier in his career, he also held roles at Björn Borg and Adidas.
