As early as February 2022, Pinault had acquired a minority stake in Jacquesson through Artémis Domaines. After the completion of this transaction, Pinault became the sole shareholder of the brand.

The exclusive agreements are in place until 2024, which means Emirates will be the only international airline serving those top champagnes at 40,000 feet.
