Frédéric Arnault, the third son of LVMH Chairman and CEO Bernard Arnault, will officially join Loro Piana on March 26, working alongside outgoing CEO Damien Bertrand for a transition period before assuming the role on June 10. In this position, he will report to Toni Belloni, Chairman of LVMH Italy.

Previously, Frédéric Arnault served as CEO of Tag Heuer, an LVMH-owned Swiss luxury watch brand, before being promoted in early 2024 to CEO of LVMH’s Watch Division, overseeing TAG Heuer, Hublot, and Zenith. His successor in the Watch Division will be announced at a later date.

Meanwhile, Damien Bertrand will take on his new role at Louis Vuitton as Deputy CEO on June 10. He will report to Pietro Beccari, CEO of Louis Vuitton, and is set to join the LVMH Executive Committee in January 2026.

Pierre-Emmanuel Angeloglou will assume his new role as CEO of Christian Dior Couture on April 15, overseeing commercial operations, finance, and legal affairs. He will work closely with Delphine Arnault, Chairman and CEO of Dior, to whom he will report.

Angeloglou previously served as CEO of Fendi, while also holding the role of CEO of LVMH Fashion Group. Since joining Louis Vuitton in 2019 as Director of Fashion and Leather Goods, he has overseen men’s and women’s collections, digital innovation, media, and brand strategy. The next CEO of Fendi will be announced in due course.

In an official statement, Bernard Arnault commented: “The success of our brands relies on dedicated and visionary leaders.
