Personnel Updates | Rosewood Hotels, Langham Hospitality Appoint COOs; Executive Changes at Club Med and Vail Resorts

Rosewood Hotel Group

Rosewood Hotel Group has announced two key executive appointments:

  • Effective September 1, 2025, Anthony Ingham will assume the role of Chief Operating Officer, reporting directly to Group CEO Sonia Cheng.

  • Effective June 1, 2025, Luca Finardi will take on the role of Vice President of Operations for the EMEAC region (Europe, Middle East, Africa, and Caribbean Atlantic), reporting to Anthony Ingham.

As COO, Anthony Ingham will play a central role in guiding the operational and strategic direction of Rosewood Hotel Group. His priorities will include enhancing guest experiences, increasing operational efficiency, and driving commercial growth across all properties. He will oversee global teams across operations, commercial, CRM, retail, wellness, digital, and e-commerce functions.

Ingham brings extensive experience in the luxury and lifestyle hospitality sector, having held senior leadership roles at InterContinental Hotels Group, Starwood Hotels & Resorts, and Marriott International. His expertise spans brand strategy, experience design, operational transformation, and commercial development. He played a key role in revitalizing the W Hotels brand following its acquisition by Marriott. Prior to joining Rosewood, Ingham worked at The Hong Kong Jockey Club, where he was responsible for membership services and hotel operations at two world-renowned racecourses, as well as leading initiatives in branding, marketing, and customer experience.

In his new role, Luca Finardi will lead strategic initiatives to drive growth and will also focus on strengthening internal collaboration, coordinating with operational leaders in the Americas and Asia Pacific regions, and identifying opportunities for business practice optimization. He will work closely with regional managing directors across EMEAC.

Finardi brings more than 20 years of experience in luxury hospitality. Over the past decade, he has helped shape Mandarin Oriental’s presence in the Italian market. Most recently, he served as General Manager of Mandarin Oriental Paris and Vice President of Operations for France, Italy, and the Czech Republic.

Langham Hospitality Group

Langham Hospitality Group (LHG) has appointed Kevin Robinson as Chief Operating Officer, effective April 14, 2025.

In this role, Robinson will be responsible for day-to-day operations, focusing on maintaining strong execution as the group prepares to manage an expanded hotel portfolio. He will also oversee the launch of future hotel openings and report directly to CEO Bob van den Oord.

Robinson brings over 30 years of experience in the industry and played a key leadership role in the pre-opening phase of The Langham, Chicago in 2011.

His previous roles include leadership positions at Westin and Four Seasons Hotels and Resorts, where he gained deep operational and strategic expertise across international markets, including Egypt, the Caribbean, and the U.S. Later, he founded and led Aparium Hotel Group, where he developed and managed a collection of acclaimed independent hotels. After a successful exit, he began advising U.S.-based independent luxury hotel owners.

Club Med

Club Med, the French resort group owned by China’s Fosun International, has announced a strategic reorganization of its Asia-Pacific operations, consolidating three business divisions into two: ESAP (East and South Asia & Pacific) and China. A new leadership team has been announced, effective May 1.

  • Rachael Harding has been appointed CEO of the ESAP region, reporting to Club Med Deputy CEO Gregory Lanter.

  • Andrew Xu (Xu Bingbi) continues in his role as CEO of Club Med China and will also serve as Deputy CEO of Club Med, responsible for global finance.

As CEO of ESAP, Harding will be tasked with strategically guiding the region through a rapidly evolving business landscape. Her priorities include ensuring an exceptional customer experience and brand value, while leading a profitable growth strategy to reinforce Club Med’s leadership in both mature and emerging markets.

Other leadership changes within ESAP include:

  • Cindy Beleau as Vice President of Revenue Management, APAC, leveraging digital and AI tools to modernize pricing strategies;

  • Sandrine Rossi as Vice President of Operations and Product, bringing over 20 years of resort operations and strategy experience;

  • Anastasiya Kulish as Vice President of Resort Operations in Japan, with a focus on strengthening Club Med’s leadership in mountain resorts in Hokkaido;

  • Michelle Davies, previously General Manager for the Pacific region, will now oversee the expanded ESAP market;

  • Jerome Ferrie as Chief Financial Officer;

  • Arezki Haddad as Chief Human Resources Officer.

Vail Resorts, Inc.

U.S. ski resort operator Vail Resorts has announced the appointment of Rob Katz as Chief Executive Officer, succeeding outgoing CEO Kirsten Lynch.

Katz currently serves as Executive Chairman of Vail Resorts and has been with the company for over 30 years, including a 16-year tenure as CEO.

Lynch will remain with the company during a transition period in an advisory role to ensure a smooth handover.
