Proya

On October 11, Proya Cosmetics Co., Ltd. announced that its board of directors has approved the appointment of Jin Chang as Chief Financial Officer.

Jin Chang holds a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Fudan University and an Executive MBA from the Olin Business School, a joint program by Fudan University and Washington University. He is a non-practicing member of the Certified Public Accountants (CPA). His previous roles include Senior Auditor at KPMG, Internal Audit Manager for the China division of Auchan Retail Group, Global Finance Director of the Chelates Division at AkzoNobel, Finance Development Director and Finance Director of the Active Cosmetics Division at L’Oréal China, and Chief Financial Officer at Shenzhen Zongjiang Technology Co., Ltd. (owner of precision skincare brand AMIRO).

Watsons

Watsons Group has appointed Donna Poon as Managing Director of Watsons Hong Kong, effective November 1, 2025.

Donna Poon is currently the Trading Director at Watsons and brings over 20 years of leadership experience in the fast-moving consumer goods and retail sectors in Hong Kong.

Edmond Hui, CEO of Watsons Group Hong Kong Retail, commented: “With her expertise and extensive market knowledge, Donna has led her team to deliver excellent results. She will help lead Watsons Hong Kong toward continued growth and new milestones.”

Upon assuming her new role, Donna Poon will succeed Carla Lee, who is stepping down as Managing Director for personal reasons. Lee will remain as a business advisor through the transition period until the end of December 2025 to support business development.

Unilever

European consumer goods giant Unilever has appointed Belén Garijo López as an Independent Non-Executive Director, effective May 13, 2026.

Belén Garijo López is currently Chair of the Executive Board and Chief Executive Officer of Merck Group, a role she will hold until the end of April 2026. She is also a board member at Banco Bilbao Vizcaya Argentaria (BBVA) and served as a Non-Executive Director at L’Oréal Group from 2014 to 2024.

With a strong track record in both the fast-moving consumer goods and healthcare sectors, Belén Garijo López brings extensive global business experience, particularly in performance growth and managing complex transformations. Her leadership in diversity and international collaboration has earned widespread recognition.

AllSaints

British high-street fashion brand AllSaints has announced that Chief Operating Officer Catherine Scorey Jobling will step down at the end of October.

Catherine Scorey Jobling has been with the brand for seven years, serving as COO for the past two. During her tenure, she oversaw major initiatives including the enhancement of AllSaints’ retail environment and global brand strategy, alignment across physical and digital platforms, expansion of product categories, and elevation of store aesthetics. She also played a key role in the operations of AllSaints’ sister brand, John Varvatos.

Before joining AllSaints, she spent 12 years at Ted Baker as Director of Womenswear.

Hoff

Spanish fashion footwear brand Hoff has appointed French designer David Tourniaire-Beauciel as Creative Director.

In his new role, David Tourniaire-Beauciel will lead the company’s global creative strategy and define its aesthetic direction for the brand’s next phase.

Tourniaire-Beauciel is regarded as one of the most influential figures in contemporary footwear design. Over the past 30 years, he has worked with numerous luxury brands, including Balenciaga, Maison Margiela, Chloé, Givenchy, Ferragamo, Isabel Marant, Stella McCartney, and Fendi. During his time at Balenciaga, he was responsible for iconic styles such as the Triple S and Speed sneakers.

TOMS

Socially conscious fashion brand TOMS has appointed Jessica Alsing as Chief Executive Officer, effective October 8.

In her new role, Jessica Alsing will be responsible for guiding TOMS through its next phase of growth and reinforcing its position as a leader in the footwear industry. In fact, Alsing had already been advising the brand over the past several months.

Prior to joining TOMS, Jessica Alsing spent nearly a decade at American footwear giant Crocs Inc., where she most recently served as Vice President of International E-commerce. She was also Chief Digital Officer at Grendene Global Brands, the parent company of Melissa Shoes, Ipanema, and Rider.
