Samsonite
Samsonite, the world’s largest luggage manufacturer, listed in Hong Kong, has announced that Jerome Squire Griffith will succeed as Chairman of the Board, effective upon the conclusion of the 2026 Annual General Meeting in June.

Jerome Squire Griffith has served as an Independent Non-Executive Director of the company since 2016. Prior to that, from April 2009 to August 2016, he was Chief Executive Officer, President and Director of Tumi Holdings, Inc. (which Samsonite acquired in 2016). Most recently, he served as President, Chief Executive Officer and Director of the renowned indoor and outdoor furniture manufacturer Brown Jordan, Inc. Upon assuming the new role, he will succeed Timothy Charles Parker, who has served as Chairman of the Board since the establishment of Samsonite Group in 2011.
Mango
Spanish fast fashion brand Mango has appointed Sara Donninelli as its new Chief Brand Officer. She will join the company’s Management Committee.

Sara Donninelli succeeds Blanca Muñiz, who is pursuing new opportunities. In her new role, she will be responsible for consolidating the brand’s positioning and driving Mango into a new phase of global development, reporting directly to Chairman and Chief Executive Officer Toni Ruiz.
Most recently, Sara Donninelli served at Estée Lauder as Senior Vice President and Global General Manager of Luxury Fragrance, overseeing brands including Kilian Paris and Éditions de Parfums Frédéric Malle. She led their international expansion and strengthened their global market positions.
Sara Donninelli holds a degree in Industrial Engineering and Management from Politecnico di Milano and a Professional Certificate in Digital Marketing from New York University. With a technical academic background, she brings extensive strategic experience in product development, brand storytelling and brand building, with more than 20 years of experience in the premium beauty and fragrance sector. In addition to Estée Lauder, she has held key positions at Coty and in the Luxury Division of L’Oréal Group.
Rothy’s
Rothy’s Inc., the American sustainable footwear brand under Brazilian footwear group Alpargatas, has announced two executive appointments:
- Phil Russo has been appointed Senior Vice President of Design and Innovation;
- Salym North has been appointed Vice President of Product Development and Production.
Both will report to Rothy’s Chief Executive Officer Dayna Quanbeck.
Phil Russo previously served as Chief Design and Innovation Officer at Vans, where he led design innovation across multiple categories, brand collaborations and digital product development, and founded the Vans Innovation Studio. He also served as Vice President of Global Design and Innovation and Creative Director at Converse. Earlier in his career, he led creative design teams at Puma, FILA, Cole Haan and Asics. In 2015, he co-founded the rowing apparel brand Scull & Sweep.

Phil Russo
Salym North previously served as Senior Director of Product Development and Operations at adidas, and also led product, materials, research and development, and global sourcing at On. Earlier in her career, she held product leadership roles at VF Corporation, overseeing brands including Vans and The North Face. She has also held senior product development positions at DC Shoes, Quicksilver and Roxy.

Vestiaire Collective
European second-hand fashion and luxury online retailer Vestiaire Collective has announced the following executive appointments:
- Thomas Hézard as Chief Product Officer
- Rémi Bouchez as Chief Technology Officer

Thomas Hézard, Rémi Bouchez
Thomas Hézard joined Vestiaire Collective in 2019 and most recently served as Chief Strategy and People Officer. He has previously held management roles across operations, business and product. In his new position, he will oversee the integration of business, operational and technology functions to drive a more collaborative product strategy. Prior to joining Vestiaire Collective, he worked at Boston Consulting Group, where he focused on strategy in the luxury sector.
Rémi Bouchez is a senior technology leader at Vestiaire Collective and previously served as Vice President of Engineering. Since joining the company in 2018, he has focused on optimising the platform’s user experience. He will now lead the scaling of innovation initiatives and enhance the performance of Vestiaire’s digital infrastructure across all functions.
Both executives will be based in Paris, reporting directly to Chief Executive Officer Bernard Osta, and will work closely together to advance the company’s product and technology roadmap.
Rent the Runway
US online fashion rental platform Rent the Runway has appointed Dhiren Fonseca as Executive Chairman.
Dhiren Fonseca joined the Rent the Runway Board of Directors in October 2025. He brings extensive experience in private equity investment, travel and technology. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer and President of RentPath, Inc., an online residential rental platform. Earlier, he spent 19 years at Expedia, Inc., the world’s largest online travel company, where his most recent role was Chief Commercial Officer.
Currently, Dhiren Fonseca serves as a Director of DRF Logistics and as an advisor to GetPica S.p.A. He has previously served on the boards of numerous well-known organisations, including Alaska Air Group, Caesars Acquisition Corp., Cynosure, Diamond Resorts, Hotel Tonight, Inmar, Osiris Acquisition Corp., RentPath, Rackspace, Redbox and Wilbur Ellis.

GLD
Miami-based jewellery brand The GLD Shop, abbreviated as GLD, has appointed Vanessa Wallace as Chief Marketing Officer.
Vanessa Wallace previously served as Chief Marketing Officer of Savage X Fenty, the lingerie brand founded by pop icon Rihanna. Earlier, she spent nearly 20 years at Nike in retail and marketing roles, most recently serving as Brand Marketing Director.

Founded in 2015 by Christian Johnston and Dan Folger, GLD is known for designing classic and customised necklaces, pendants, watches and accessories. Accessories are generally priced between 100 and 500 USD, while watches typically range from 500 to 1,000 USD. GLD is committed to blending street culture with luxury craftsmanship, redefining modern jewellery across sports, music and fashion. The brand has millions of customers and followers and is favoured by leading athletes, artists and trendsetters worldwide.
In July 2025, GLD completed a growth financing round led by investment firm MarcyPen Capital Partners. MarcyPen Partners was formed at the end of 2024 through the merger of the investment businesses of Marcy Ventures, co-founded by American rapper Jay-Z, Jay Brown and Larry Marcus, and Pendulum Holdings.
