Global fragrance and beauty group Coty has appointed Soraya Benchikh as Chief Financial Officer, effective September 1.

In her new role, Soraya Benchikh will succeed Laurent Mercier and join Coty’s Executive Committee, reporting directly to Markus Strobel, Executive Chairman and Interim Chief Executive Officer.
Coty said the appointment follows the implementation of its new operating structure, which brings commercial decision-making closer to the markets it serves while combining research and development and supply chain into a single function.
Soraya Benchikh brings more than 20 years of international finance and general management experience across major global consumer goods companies. She most recently served as Chief Financial Officer of British American Tobacco, where she held a series of senior roles, including President of BAT France, Area Director for East and Southern Africa, and Regional Finance Director for Europe. Prior to that, she spent nearly four years at Diageo, most recently serving as President, Europe. She began her career in finance with General Electric and Gillette.
Pierre Fabre
Pierre Fabre, the parent company of renowned French dermo-cosmetics brand Eau Thermale Avène, has appointed Venaïg Solinhac as CEO of its Dermo-Cosmetics and Personal Care division.

In her new role, Venaïg Solinhac will join the Group’s Executive Committee and report directly to Group CEO Eric Ducournau. She will be responsible for implementing the strategy of the Dermo-Cosmetics and Personal Care division, whose portfolio includes Eau Thermale Avène, Ducray, A-Derma, Klorane, René Furterer, Darrow, MÊME Cosmetics and Pierre Fabre Oral Care.
Venaïg Solinhac brings more than 20 years of international experience driving growth and transformation for global leaders in consumer healthcare, consumer goods and venture capital. She previously held several key executive positions at Kenvue, including Global Vice President of Baby Care, based in New York, and Vice President of Essential Health Asia Pacific, based in Singapore.
Before joining Kenvue, she spent 15 years at GlaxoSmithKline Consumer Healthcare, holding local, regional and global leadership roles across four continents. She led portfolio transformation and digitalisation initiatives, contributing to the growth of key brands including Sensodyne, Panadol, Centrum and Parodontax.

Dutch-Swiss fragrance, flavour, nutrition and beauty group dsm-firmenich has nominated independent director Richard Ridinger as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

In his new role, Richard Ridinger will succeed Thomas Leysen, who has decided to retire from the Board to devote more time to his other corporate and non-profit mandates.
Richard Ridinger has extensive executive and board-level experience across innovation-driven global businesses spanning pharmaceuticals, home and personal care, and nutrition and health. He previously served as Chief Executive Officer of Swiss pharmaceutical and biotechnology group Lonza. He has also held positions including Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Brenntag SE, a global provider of chemicals, ingredients, and value-added services.
Allies of Skin
Singapore premium skincare brand Allies of Skin has appointed Alicia Valencia as Interim President.

Alicia Valencia will succeed Allies of Skin founder Nicolas Travis, who earlier announced that he would step down as President and Chief Executive Officer.
Nicolas Travis founded Allies of Skin in 2016, initially operating the brand through the Shopify e-commerce platform, with Travis personally packing and shipping orders. In its first year, the brand entered international distribution through retailers including Space NK and Cult Beauty, subsequently building an extensive distribution network spanning the US, Europe and Asia.
Alicia Valencia brings experience in brand building, merchandising and international expansion. In January 2026, she stepped down as Global President of Makeup by Mario. She previously held roles at companies including Pat McGrath Labs. She also spent 20 years at the Estée Lauder Companies, where she worked across and managed a number of its brands, including Bobbi Brown Cosmetics, Crème de la Mer and Jo Malone London.
Oriflame
Swedish beauty and wellness company Oriflame has appointed Kenneth Benaim Campbell as Chief Executive Officer, effective immediately.

In his new role, Kenneth Benaim Campbell will succeed Anna Malmhake, who is stepping down following her three-year tenure.
Benaim Campbell brings more than 30 years of international leadership experience, including 27 years at French beauty giant L’Oréal. Most recently at L’Oréal, he served as CEO of L’Oréal D/A/CH, having previously held a number of senior management positions across Europe, Asia, and Latin America.
Prior to this, Kenneth Benaim Campbell served as President for Europe and North America at Lipton Teas & Infusions.
Founded in Sweden in 1967, Oriflame operates through a social selling model, with a presence in more than 60 countries and regions and a global community of around three million beauty entrepreneurs and members.
