Sandra Main has been with Estée Lauder Companies for more than 30 years, holding leadership positions across several of the group’s core brands and key markets. She initially led M·A·C’s Asia-Pacific and global businesses, spearheading the brand’s expansion into new markets and helping establish it as one of the world’s most compelling and influential beauty brands. She subsequently led Bobbi Brown’s international business, helping the brand expand its global footprint and drive growth across international markets.
In 2009, she joined La Mer as Senior Vice President and General Manager. During her tenure, the brand expanded its global footprint and broadened its product portfolio with new lines including Genaissance de la Mer, while further strengthening its professional positioning around skincare efficacy. She also enhanced the consumer experience through new treatment services and personalised programmes, playing a pivotal role in La Mer’s growth in China and other key Asian markets. In February 2025, Sandra Main was appointed Global Brand President of La Mer and Skincare, overseeing La Mer, Clinique, Origins, Dr. Jart+, Darphin Paris and Lab Series, while also leading the group’s overall skincare category strategy.
In his new role, Justin Boxford will take on an expanded portfolio, adding La Mer to his current oversight of Estée Lauder, AERIN, Darphin Paris and Lab Series.
Justin Boxford previously spent many years at La Mer. From 2017 to 2022, he led the brand before taking over the management of Estée Lauder. During his tenure at La Mer, he broadened and diversified the brand’s product portfolio, reinforced its luxury positioning, and advanced its digital and omnichannel presence.
Erica Kwok has more than 20 years of experience in the beauty industry, including 15 years with the Estée Lauder brand, bringing strategic vision, strong operational capabilities and hands-on experience across global markets. In 2021, she moved from Asia-Pacific to the brand’s global headquarters. Over the past several years, her remit has steadily expanded to encompass marketing, product development and global growth, helping drive greater integration across the brand’s core growth areas. She has also played a key role in recent product launches including Double Wear and Glimmer.
In her expanded role, Magalie Parksuwan will also oversee Darphin Paris and Lab Series, providing business support to Pierre-Olivier Garcin, Senior Vice President and General Manager of the two brands.
Magalie Parksuwan brings extensive experience in building global luxury brands across skincare, fragrance and make-up, together with a deep understanding of consumers and distribution ecosystems across key markets. She combines strategic insight and creativity with a strong passion for the luxury industry.
