Estée Lauder Companies
US beauty group Estée Lauder Companies has appointed Guillaume Gellusseau as Senior Vice President, Global Brand for Kilian Paris and Editions de Parfums Frédéric Malle.

Guillaume Gellusseau has experience across luxury, beauty and retail, including 16 years in fragrances and cosmetics, four years in design (soft furnishings, tableware and lighting) and jewellery, and 10 years in retail (department stores and multi-brand boutiques specialising in men’s and women’s fashion, accessories, beauty, home design and food).
Before joining Estée Lauder Companies, Guillaume Gellusseau was Chief Marketing, Digital and Communications Officer at Galeries Lafayette. Previously, he served as Global Vice President for Serge Lutens and the Fragrance Center of Excellence at Shiseido, and held executive positions at Groupe Bon Marché, Baccarat and L’Oréal Group.
Santa Maria Novella
Centuries-old Italian fragrance brand Santa Maria Novella (Officina Profumo-Farmaceutica di Santa Maria Novella) has appointed acclaimed design studio Formafantasma as Creative Director.

Founded in 2009 by Andrea Trimarchi (above left) and Simone Farresin (above right), Formafantasma has dual headquarters in Milan and Rotterdam. The studio will “be closely involved in products, packaging, brand communications, retail spaces and brand events, working closely with the brand’s internal teams and specialists across disciplines.”
Formafantasma’s work spans multiple design disciplines, including product design, spatial design, strategic planning and design consultancy.
This is not Formafantasma’s first venture into beauty. Last year, the studio collaborated with luxury fashion brand Jil Sander on the launch of its high-end fragrance collection.
Formafantasma also has numerous major collaborations in luxury. It has a longstanding involvement in Prada projects and has worked with Fendi, Max Mara, Hermès, BVLGARI, Loro Piana, Marni and Ferrari. The studio has also developed projects for design companies including Cassina, Flos, Ginori, B&B, Knoll and Manteco.
Molton Brown
Molton Brown, the British premium body care and fragrance brand owned by Japanese beauty company Kao Group, has appointed Laura Hogan as Chief Marketing Officer.

In her new role, she will lead Molton Brown’s global brand vision, positioning and integrated marketing strategy, further strengthening its presence across international markets and supporting continued growth. Teams across brand and product development, visual merchandising, store design, digital marketing and creative services will report to her.
Laura Hogan spent nine years at Estée Lauder Companies, holding senior marketing and brand management positions across several of its luxury beauty brands. Most recently, she was Brand General Manager for the UK and Ireland for Le Labo, Kilian Paris and Frédéric Malle. Earlier in her career, she worked at British fragrance brand Jo Malone London.
NUXE
French natural skincare brand NUXE has appointed Christine Delfaut-Sara as Chief Executive Officer, effective 1 October.

In her new role, Christine Delfaut-Sara’s main responsibility will be to lead the brand into its next phase of growth.
Christine Delfaut-Sara has more than 30 years of experience in beauty and international brand development. She spent 17 years at Beiersdorf before joining Yves Rocher as Chief Marketing Officer. In 2019, she joined NUXE as Group Deputy CEO, with overall responsibility for the brand’s business. Over the past seven years, she has led NUXE’s overall business strategy, developing a deep understanding of the group.
Christine Delfaut-Sara graduated from KEDGE Business School and the University of Münster, where she studied business economics.
Dermalogica
Dermalogica, the professional skincare brand owned by European consumer goods giant Unilever, has appointed Vivianna Blanch as Chief Marketing Officer.

In her new role, Vivianna Blanch plans to build on the brand’s established foundations, connecting Dermalogica’s professional heritage with the ways today’s consumers discover, experience and advocate for brands.
Vivianna Blanch has more than two decades of experience across professional, prestige and mass-market beauty, with extensive expertise in brand building, digital innovation, social media, consumer community engagement and advocacy among beauty professionals. Previously, she was Senior Vice President, US Marketing & International at Benefit Cosmetics, overseeing marketing in the US and international markets. Earlier in her career, she spent more than 23 years at L’Oréal Group.
