Holding Industriale (Hind), an Italian private equity firm, recently announced that its fashion subsidiary, Holding Moda, has acquired a 51% stake in Tuscan textile and garment finishing company Beste, along with control of two of its subsidiaries, TexCo and Tessitura Serena.
