Deckers Brands
Deckers Brands, the parent company of outdoor brands including Hoka, Ugg, Teva, Ahnu, and Koolaburra, has appointed Cindy Davis as Chair of the Board of Directors, effective immediately.
Cindy Davis succeeds Michael F. Devine, III, who is retiring. Following his departure, the Board approved a reduction in the number of directors from 11 to 10.
Davis joined the Deckers Brands Board in 2018 and has served as Chair of the Talent and Compensation Committee since 2019, as well as a member of the Corporate Responsibility, Sustainability and Governance Committee since 2021.
She brings over 30 years of leadership experience in the footwear and retail industries, having held executive and board roles at various publicly listed companies.
In addition, Victor Luis, who has served on the Board and the Talent and Compensation Committee since 2020, has been named Chair of the Talent and Compensation Committee.
On Running
Swiss sports footwear company On Holding AG (On) has appointed Helena Helmersson as an independent director and member of the Nomination and Compensation Committee.
Helmersson is the former CEO of H&M Group, where she served from 2020 to 2024. She joined the group in 1997 as a business controller in the buying office and held multiple leadership positions over the years. She is also a board member of digital training company Quizrr and Chair of the textile recycling company Circulose.
Meanwhile, Kenneth Fox, founder of growth equity firm Stripes LLC, will retire from On’s Board. He has served as a board member since 2018 and played a key role in the company’s 2021 IPO.
Crocs
U.S. casual footwear group Crocs has promoted Terence Reilly to the newly created position of Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer, effective immediately.
In this role, Reilly will oversee the brand vision and marketing strategies for both Crocs and HEYDUDE, enhancing creative direction and storytelling to support global brand narratives and deepen consumer connections. He will continue to report to CEO Andrew Rees and work closely with Anne Mehlman, EVP and President of the Crocs Brand, and the HEYDUDE leadership team to drive strategy and execution.
A seasoned brand strategist, Reilly has extensive experience in building enduring brand identities, forging cultural relevance, and developing strategies to drive consumer engagement and loyalty.
Reilly rejoined Crocs in 2024 as Executive Vice President and President of the Italian footwear brand HEYDUDE. From 2013 to 2020, he served as Chief Marketing Officer and later Senior Vice President at Crocs. Before 2013, he held several senior marketing and leadership roles. In 2020, he joined heritage drinkware brand Stanley, eventually serving as Brand President before departing.
Andrew Rees will act as Interim President of the HEYDUDE brand and collaborate with the HEYDUDE senior leadership team until a permanent structure is announced.
Cole Haan
U.S. footwear brand Cole Haan has appointed Scott Davis as President of its newly established golf division.
Earlier this year, Cole Haan announced an exclusive partnership with Catapult Group to launch a new high-performance apparel division. This collaboration will debut globally in Spring 2026 with Cole Haan golf apparel, followed by racket sports and performance lifestyle collections.
In his new role, Davis will lead global strategy and commercial operations for Cole Haan Golf. He is Co-CEO of Catapult Group and brings 25 years of experience in global fashion, golf brands, and retail, with a strong track record in driving growth and brand evolution. Davis is also a PGA professional.

Korean outdoor brand Helinox has made several leadership changes to strengthen its business growth in the European and U.S. markets:

Ethan Moon, formerly Vice President at Anker and Director at Belkin, has joined as Chief Operating Officer for Europe and the U.S.;

Chi-Wang Cheung, former Director of Business Development at Hermès, has been named Chief Strategy Officer, overseeing global strategic direction and leading marketing efforts;

Daniel Hartung has been promoted to Head of Design and Innovation for Europe;

Daniel Hartung, former Head of ISPO, also takes on the role of Director of Sales and Operations for the European market.
