Lanvin Group

Global fashion and luxury conglomerate Lanvin Group announced the departure of its Executive President and Chief Financial Officer, David Chan, effective October 27, as he pursues new career opportunities.

The Group has implemented a structured transition plan to ensure continuity across its financial and operational functions. While Chan steps down from his executive role, he may continue to support the company in an advisory capacity. Further updates regarding his successor will be shared in due course.

David Chan joined Lanvin Group at its inception as Executive President and was officially appointed Chief Financial Officer in February 2024. He also served as a board member of several Group brands, including Lanvin, Sergio Rossi, and Caruso, and as Chairman of the Supervisory Board of Wolford.

He played a key role in strengthening Lanvin Group’s strategic and financial foundation, driving its transformation into a global luxury platform, and supporting its continued growth following its listing on the New York Stock Exchange.

De Beers

Feriel Zerouki, Chief of Trade and Industry and Executive Committee Member at diamond supplier De Beers, has stepped down from her position.

Feriel joined De Beers in 2005 and was instrumental in establishing the company’s leadership in ethical sourcing, provenance, and industry integrity. She led the launch of two major initiatives—Tracr and GemFair—both aimed at enhancing traceability and responsible sourcing in the diamond industry, strengthening consumer confidence, and setting new benchmarks for transparency and sustainability.

Beyond her role at De Beers, Feriel also serves as President of the World Diamond Council, where she leads efforts to enhance the Kimberley Process and improve transparency in mine-of-origin certification. Her term in this position will continue through the end of May 2026.

Al Cook, CEO of De Beers Group, stated, “Feriel has played a vital role in establishing and upholding the highest standards of integrity and provenance at De Beers and across the global diamond industry. Her strategic insight and leadership have had a profound impact. We thank her for her contributions and wish her continued success in the next chapter of her career.”

Paul Smith

British designer brand Paul Smith has promoted Richard Woollams to Chief Financial Officer.

Woollams joined Paul Smith in 2010 as Financial Planning and Analysis Manager. He was promoted to Head of Financial Planning and Analysis in 2015 and again to Director of Financial Planning and Analysis in 2022.

Before joining Paul Smith, Woollams held roles as a Financial Analyst at the National College for School Leadership and as a Private Banking Analyst within the Royal Bank of Scotland Group. From 2003 to 2007, he also worked as a Sales Consultant at Giorgio Armani.

PVH Corp.

In her new role, Patricia Gabriel will be based at the company’s New York headquarters, responsible for PVH’s global operations and overseeing the entire “product to consumer” process. She will report directly to CEO Stefan Larsson. Gabriel succeeds David Savman, who will continue in his role as Global Brand President of Calvin Klein.

Previously, Patricia Gabriel served as Chief Supply Chain Officer at U.S. luxury group Capri. She also brings over 25 years of experience in consumer supply chain roles from companies such as Mondelez International and AB InBev.

PVH CEO Stefan Larsson commented, “Patricia is a consumer-centric supply chain and operations leader with a strong track record of driving growth through operational excellence. Her deep expertise and proven ability to unlock value through demand- and data-driven solutions will help create new opportunities to accelerate our PVH+ Plan.”
