Personnel Updates | Capri Holdings Appoints CFO/COO; Wolford Names CEO; Valentino CTO Departs

Capri

U.S. fashion luxury group Capri Holdings has appointed Tyler Reddien as Chief Financial Officer (CFO) and Chief Operating Officer (COO), effective March 30.

Tyler Reddien is a seasoned global finance and operations executive, with extensive experience leading transformations, driving performance improvement, and strengthening the financial and operational frameworks of multinational corporations. Most recently, he served as Chief Financial Officer of beauty brand The Body Shop.

Prior to that, he held senior leadership roles at Natura &Co Holding, the Brazilian beauty group that is the parent company of The Body Shop. He also previously served as Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer of Hertz’s North America Rental Car business.

Earlier in his career, he spent more than a decade at United Airlines, where he was responsible for financial planning, investor relations, strategic planning, and operations.

Wolford

Austrian luxury hosiery and lingerie brand Wolford has appointed Marco Pozzo as Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and Chairman of the Management Board, effective March 1.

Marco Pozzo has served as a member of the Management Board of Wolford AG since July 7, 2025, previously holding the role of Deputy CEO. His current term on the Management Board remains unchanged and will run until July 7, 2028.

Wolford stated that this appointment recognises the achievements Marco Pozzo has delivered since joining Wolford AG. During his tenure as a member of the Management Board, he led and advanced key restructuring initiatives and programs aimed at strengthening customer trust and played a critical role in implementing the company’s strategic priorities.

Valentino

Italian luxury brand Valentino has announced that its Chief Digital and Technology Officer (CTO), Andrea Cappi, will depart at the end of March.

Andrea Cappi joined the brand in 2023 and served as Chief E-commerce and Omnichannel Officer until December 2025, where he was responsible for further advancing the brand’s digital business development. Previously, he held positions at consulting, e-commerce, and apparel companies, including Accenture, CRIF, Yoox, Liu Jo, and Max Mara.
