Chanel

French luxury brand Chanel has appointed Elisabetta Caldera as its Global Chief People & Organization Officer, effective January 2026.

In her new role, Elisabetta Caldera will succeed Claire Isnard, who is retiring. She will be based in London and report directly to CEO Leena Nair.

Elisabetta Caldera most recently served as Global Chief Human Resources Officer at Dutch insurance company Aegon, where she was also a member of the Executive Committee. Prior to that, she spent 17 years at Vodafone Group plc, holding various human resources leadership roles.

Pandora

Danish jewelry brand Pandora has brought forward the timeline for its leadership transition.

Current Chief Marketing Officer Berta de Pablos-Barbier, a Spanish executive, will assume the role of CEO effective January 1, 2026, succeeding Alexander Lacik, who is set to retire. Pandora originally announced the leadership change in September, with the handover initially scheduled to coincide with the annual shareholders meeting in March next year.

In a statement, Pandora explained that the accelerated transition was made possible by the “smooth succession of Alexander Lacik and the appointment of Jennie Farmer as the new Chief Marketing Officer.”

Beginning next year, Jennie Farmer will succeed Berta de Pablos-Barbier. She currently serves as Pandora’s Senior Vice President of Brand Experience & Channels and will officially join the brand in January 2025. With over 25 years of experience in the luxury and consumer goods sectors, she previously held roles at Procter & Gamble and LVMH.

Ganni

Danish fashion brand Ganni has announced three key executive appointments:

  • Marcelo Noschese as President of the Americas

  • Marie Valot as Director of Communications and Public Relations

  • Guillaume Dacquet as Director of Marketing and Image

All three executives will report directly to Ganni CEO Laura du Rusquec and work closely with the Executive Committee.

Marcelo Noschese will be based in New York and will oversee Ganni’s retail, wholesale, and e-commerce operations in the Americas. He previously held senior management roles at Prada, Louis Vuitton, and Ferragamo. Before joining Ganni, he served as CEO of Prada Americas, overseeing operations across the United States, Canada, and Latin America.

Marie Valot brings over 15 years of experience in brand communications, celebrity and influencer partnerships, and international strategy. She previously led global communications for Balmain, Nina Ricci, and KCD Paris, spearheading international campaigns, media strategies, and cross-functional projects.

Guillaume Dacquet formerly worked at The Estée Lauder Companies, where he was responsible for international brand repositioning initiatives and long-term communications platforms. He also held roles within the beauty division of LVMH, working across brands such as Dior, Guerlain, Givenchy, Fresh, and Stella McCartney, with responsibilities spanning strategic planning, consumer insights, and innovation.

Twinset

Italian fashion brand TWINSET has appointed Gabriele Maggio as its new CEO.

In this role, Gabriele Maggio will succeed Alessandro Varisco, who served as CEO for the past decade.

With extensive international experience and a strong track record in leading creative, complex organizations, Gabriele Maggio previously served as CEO of the Betty Blue brand under Elisabetta Franchi. He was also President and CEO of Stella McCartney, where he led the brand’s international expansion and positioned it as a leader in sustainable luxury. Earlier in his career, he was General Manager of Moschino and held senior leadership roles at Gucci, Bottega Veneta, Giorgio Armani, and Prada.

This appointment is a key part of the brand revitalization strategy being implemented by TWINSET’s new owners, the Borletti Group and Quadrivio, with the goal of strengthening the brand’s position in the accessible luxury market. The strategy will focus on digital marketing and communications initiatives, along with expanding TWINSET’s retail presence—particularly through enhanced e-commerce operations and growth in strategic markets such as Spain, France, and Eastern Europe.

Fursac / SMCP Group

Gauthier Borsarello, Creative Director of French menswear brand Fursac under the SMCP Group, has stepped down.

Gauthier Borsarello joined Fursac in 2021 and, over his five-year tenure, remained committed to the brand’s tailored heritage while establishing a new creative direction. He introduced modern silhouettes, expanded the casualwear segment, and placed greater emphasis on premium fabric selection.

Parent company SMCP Group stated that its in-house studio team has taken over creative responsibilities and is currently finalizing the brand’s Fall/Winter 2026 collection.

Leonard Paris

French fashion brand Leonard has announced the departure of Creative Director Georg Lux.

Georg Lux joined Leonard in 2021 and played a key role in reinterpreting the brand’s core identity. His collections aimed to blend Leonard’s iconic visual heritage—especially its expertise in silk knits and floral prints—with a contemporary design language tailored to international audiences.
