U.S. prestige beauty giant Estée Lauder Companies Inc. has nominated Annabelle Yu Long and Dana Strong as candidates for its Board of Directors.

Annabelle Yu Long is a seasoned venture capitalist and corporate director with extensive experience in digital innovation and business expansion across the Asia-Pacific region. She is the Founding and Managing Partner of BAI Capital, which focuses on investments in artificial intelligence, fintech, consumer retail, and media/content innovation. As a member of Bertelsmann’s Group Management Committee, she contributes to the company’s global corporate strategy and development, leads its growth strategy in the Chinese Mainland, and has played a key role in transforming BAI Capital into a globally influential investment firm.
Annabelle currently serves on the boards of several publicly listed companies, including HSBC Asia Pacific (HBAP), U.S.-based Tapestry (parent company of Coach and Kate Spade), and NIO Inc. She holds an MBA from Stanford Graduate School of Business and, as a distinguished alumna, previously served on the school’s Advisory Council, becoming its first Chinese member.
Dana Strong is currently CEO of Sky, a Comcast Corporation subsidiary, where she oversees media and entertainment operations across six European countries. With over 25 years of industry experience, she has held leadership positions at major global media brands, including Sky, Xfinity, Virgin Media, and AUSTAR.
Dana brings robust international experience from the UK, Ireland, Australia, and the U.S., demonstrating agility in navigating different regulatory, cultural, and business environments. She currently serves on the Advisory Board of the Wharton School for the EMEA region and has previously held a board seat at Telenet Group.
Crocs/Hey Dude
U.S. casual footwear group Crocs has appointed Carly Gomez as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the Crocs brand, and Amondo Redmond as Senior Vice President and Chief Marketing Officer of the Hey Dude brand.

Both executives will report to Terence Reilly, Executive Vice President and Chief Brand Officer of the group.
Carly Gomez is a marketing expert with 20 years of omnichannel experience. Before joining Crocs, she served as Chief Marketing Officer at Fabletics and spent 16 years at VF Corp.’s Vans brand, where she held global marketing roles with increasing leadership responsibilities.
Amondo Redmond has held senior marketing roles at Foot Locker and Forever 21 and has also worked in leadership positions at Warner Brothers Credit Union (now First Entertainment), Oakley, and PepsiCo.
SKIMS
SKIMS, the fashion brand founded by reality TV star and entrepreneur Kim Kardashian, has appointed Robin Gendron as President of the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region.
Robin Gendron is tasked with accelerating the brand’s global expansion by driving commercial strategy and enhancing operational capabilities. Key initiatives include opening the brand’s first standalone stores in London and Dubai, expanding its multi-brand retail network in the region, launching its first regional warehouse, and localizing its digital platforms.
Gendron most recently served as President of the EMEA region at Michael Kors, where he had been with the brand for over 15 years. He previously held leadership roles across wholesale, marketing, retail, and operations, accumulating deep expertise in global brand expansion and regional market strategy.
Bestseller Group
Danish fashion group Bestseller has appointed Line Andrea Fandrup as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 1, 2026.
Following her appointment, Line Andrea Fandrup will succeed Thomas Børglum Jensen, who has held the role for eight years. She will oversee the group’s entire finance function, including controlling and reporting, risk management, and investments. She will also play a key role in aligning the company’s financial strategy with its growth ambitions and in supporting its sustainability goals.
This appointment is part of Bestseller’s latest business strategy, which involves major investments in sustainability initiatives, digitalization, and new market entry efforts. Line Andrea Fandrup’s addition is expected to provide strong support for these priorities.
