L’Oréal Paris

French beauty giant L’Oréal has announced the promotion of Laetitia Toupet-Delon to Global Brand President of L’Oréal Paris, effective July 1.

In her new role, Laetitia Toupet-Delon will be responsible for the L’Oréal Paris brand, which operates under the group’s Consumer Products Division. The brand generates annual sales of over €6 billion and is present in 150 countries worldwide.

Toupet-Delon currently serves as Global Brand General Manager of L’Oréal’s Dermatological Beauty Division (including Vichy and La Roche-Posay). She succeeds Delphine Viguier-Hovasse, who will take on the newly created role of Chief Innovation and Foresight Officer at L’Oréal Group. Viguier-Hovasse became the first woman to hold the position of Global Brand President of L’Oréal Paris when she was appointed in 2019.

Laetitia Toupet-Delon joined L’Oréal Group in 1998 and has held various marketing roles at L’Oréal Paris and Garnier. In 2008, she transferred to the Dermatological Beauty Division and was promoted to Global Brand President of La Roche-Posay in 2015. She was later appointed Global President of the entire Dermatological Beauty Division, overseeing all its brands, including CeraVe, Vichy, SkinCeuticals, Skinbetter Science, and La Roche-Posay.

M·A·C Cosmetics

The Estée Lauder Companies Inc. has appointed Nicola Formichetti as Global Creative Director of its professional makeup brand M·A·C Cosmetics, effective May 19.

In this role, Formichetti will lead a multidisciplinary creative team to define and execute the brand’s creative vision, elevating its global image and influence across all touchpoints. He will report directly to Aïda Moudachirou-Rébois, Senior Vice President and Global General Manager of the brand.

Known for his “visionary artistic eye, boundary-pushing creativity, and consumer-first mindset,” Formichetti rose to fame through collaborations with global stars like Lady Gaga and has worked creatively with a number of renowned fashion brands.

Formichetti and his brand Nicopanda have previously collaborated with M·A·C, notably for the M·A·C VIVA GLAM campaign. He has also produced advertising campaigns for brands such as Calvin Klein, Alexander McQueen, Alberta Ferretti, and Nike, and held editorial roles at fashion publications including Dazed & Confused, Another Man, and VOGUE HOMME JAPAN.

Kenvue

Kenvue Inc., the parent company of Neutrogena, has appointed Amit Banati as Chief Financial Officer, effective May 12.

In his new role, Banati will oversee the company’s finance and strategic verticals to accelerate profitable growth and create value for shareholders. He succeeds Paul Ruh, who will remain with the company for a brief transitional period.

Banati brings 30 years of financial and operational experience in the consumer goods industry. He most recently served as Vice Chairman and CFO of Kellanova (formerly Kellogg Company). His previous roles include leadership positions in finance and operations at Kraft Foods (now Mondelez International), Cadbury Schweppes, and Procter & Gamble.

The Honest Company

U.S. wellness lifestyle brand The Honest Company has appointed Curtiss Bruce as Chief Financial Officer, effective June 2.

Bruce will work alongside The Honest Company’s executive leadership team, heading the finance, accounting, and investor relations departments. He will also continue to strategically lead the company’s transformation pillars: brand maximization, profit expansion, and operational discipline. He reports directly to CEO Carla Vernón.

Bruce brings more than 30 years of experience in the consumer goods sector, including a decade in executive-level finance roles. Most recently, he served as Senior Vice President of Corporate FP&A and Investor Relations at Hain Celestial Group. His previous experience includes leadership roles at Keurig Dr. Pepper, Kellogg, and Kraft Heinz, where he supported and led initiatives across some of the most iconic brands in the food and emerging business sectors.
