Kim Kardashian, Co-Founder and Chief Creative Officer of SKIMS, stated, “I want SKIMS Beauty to be a brand where everyone feels seen, and Diarrha is the best person to help us achieve that goal. Her unique ability to combine the emotional value of beauty with strategic execution, along with her intuition and experience in innovation and authenticity, will bring powerful energy to the brand.”
Jens Grede, Co-Founder and CEO of SKIMS, commented, “Diarrha’s modern, community-driven approach to beauty is deeply aligned with the vision of SKIMS Beauty. Her entrepreneurial background and ability to identify unmet consumer needs will be key to our business development.”
In her own statement, N’Diaye said Kardashian aims to introduce “iconic makeup products that reignite passion for the beauty ritual while simplifying the process, with a focus on full-body skincare from head to toe. My role is to create a ‘second-skin’ experience for consumers and bridge the world from apparel to beauty, hair, and fragrance.”
In March of this year, SKIMS acquired Skkn by Kim, Kim Kardashian’s beauty brand, from Coty Inc. The brand previously included both makeup and skincare product lines.

Symrise stated, “At a time of strong business momentum, his arrival will further strengthen our Paris Creative Center as a strategic pillar of the group’s global ambition in high-end fragrance.”
Outside of perfumery, Beaulieu’s interests in gastronomy, wine, and history have been key sources of inspiration. Originally trained in archaeology and science, he often describes himself as a “fragrance archaeologist,” committed to uncovering the hidden layers of each raw material.
