K-Swiss

K-Swiss has appointed Dustin Perry (pictured below) as Head of Racquet Sports Sales, U.S., to drive growth in its tennis and pickleball businesses. The brand has also appointed several sales representatives across the southwestern United States, as well as a new Sports Marketing Manager.

Dustin Perry brings more than 25 years of industry experience, including 12 years at Prince Racquet Sports, where he served as Vice President of Sales for the Western United States, followed by 13 years at Oakley, leading global military wholesale operations. He was named an “ALL AMERICAN” during his collegiate career in the United States, and his first sponsorship contract as a junior athlete was with K-Swiss.

In his new role, Dustin Perry will lead sales of athletic footwear and apparel across the United States, with a focus on developing the national sales team, expanding partnerships with specialty channel accounts, and accelerating continued growth in tennis and pickleball.

K-Swiss has also appointed Elizabeth Shaw as Sales Representative for Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana and Oklahoma. Elizabeth Shaw brings experience in both retail and wholesale. She began her career as a buyer at the U.S. luxury department store chain Neiman Marcus before transitioning into wholesale. She later joined the tennis fashion brand Lucky in Love, where she spent two and a half years.

The company also announced that Kevin Klabunde has joined K-Swiss as Sales Representative for Arizona, Southern California, Utah and Southern Nevada. Klabunde has more than 25 years of industry experience and has represented several leading racquet sports brands.

In addition, K-Swiss has appointed Ryan Broccolo as the new Manager of Athlete Partnerships and Sports Marketing. He will oversee professional racquet sports and sponsored athletes, as well as manage event activations, sponsorships, photo shoots and in-store marketing initiatives.

Beyond these new appointments, K-Swiss has expanded the responsibilities of two senior sales leaders. Lisa English’s territory will now include additional areas of North Carolina and South Carolina, while Dave Wahlgren’s coverage will expand to Virginia, West Virginia, Delaware and Maryland.

Henri-Lloyd

British sailing apparel brand Henri-Lloyd has announced the appointment of Tom McMullen as Chief Marketing Officer, a newly created role designed to strengthen the brand’s leadership team in the United Kingdom.

Tom McMullen will be based at the company’s headquarters in Manchester, where founder Henri Strzelecki originally established the brand. He will work closely with Chief Executive Officer Chris Hammond.

Tom McMullen brings extensive brand, marketing and commercial leadership experience in premium and performance outdoor apparel. He spent more than ten years at British cycling lifestyle brand Rapha, rising from Communications Director to Global Marketing Director before being appointed Managing Director for North America, where he oversaw retail, e-commerce and wholesale operations. He later returned to the United Kingdom as Chief Marketing Officer, leading Rapha’s global marketing and creative teams. Prior to that, he served as Brand and Marketing Director at outdoor apparel and equipment manufacturer Montane.

Commenting on his appointment, Tom McMullen said: “My focus will be to leverage Henri-Lloyd’s rich brand heritage to create marketing campaigns that inspire aspiration and engagement, building a compelling and desirable brand culture, whether for those new to the sport or for experienced round-the-world sailors. We will develop creative marketing strategies that bring Henri-Lloyd’s heritage and DNA to life, working closely with brand ambassadors and key partners to deliver cultural relevance alongside clear and measurable business growth.”

Slam

The Board of Directors of Italian sailing apparel brand Slam S.p.A. has appointed Alessandro Locatelli (pictured below) as the company’s new Chief Executive Officer, while confirming that Enrico Chieffi will continue to serve as President, overseeing the brand’s sailing and maritime partnership with MSC Cruises SA.

Alessandro Locatelli, 55, joined MSC Cruises in 2012 and has held senior leadership roles, including Vice President of Procurement & Logistics. Prior to that, he held senior management positions at Rossignol Apparel, Pierre Balmain and Ittierre Group, bringing extensive international experience across sectors ranging from high fashion to sportswear.

In October 2025, MSC Cruises acquired Slam. Since then, the company has continued to strengthen its leadership team and invest in the iconic Genoa-founded brand. The group plans to further develop Slam’s core business while establishing a new dedicated B2B division focused on producing uniforms and apparel for companies within the MSC Group, further consolidating the group’s position in sailing, yachting and professional sportswear. Topgolf

U.S.-based golf entertainment leader Topgolf International, LLC has announced the appointment of David McKillips as Chief Executive Officer, effective February 23, 2026.

In his new role, David McKillips will be responsible for Topgolf’s strategic vision and business growth, leading more than 100 golf entertainment venues and the industry-leading Toptracer technology platform.

David McKillips holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Georgia and brings nearly 30 years of management experience across the family entertainment, media and theme park industries. Most recently, he served as President and Chief Executive Officer of CEC Entertainment, where he led the company’s global transformation and expansion, introduced innovative guest experiences and launched its first membership program. He also successfully guided the company through a financial restructuring, reinforcing brand resilience and laying the foundation for sustainable growth.

Prior to joining CEC Entertainment, he held multiple leadership roles at Six Flags Entertainment, overseeing operations, food and beverage, retail, games and procurement. He managed theme park operations in Canada and Mexico, led the development of new parks globally, and established the company’s sponsorship sales and activation division, as well as launching the Six Flags TV Network.
